Something like this http://puu.sh/dKSK9/bb0d31e393.jpg may look nicer and can you re-scale it a bit smaller may also looks nicer? because I think the curent is kinda out of place imo when the flower is overlaping the girl's hair
  2. Maybe you can add circle riples or flash effect here 01:00:245 - to sign when the intro stop and begin the vocal section, I think it'll fit perfectly since the sakura effect is fade away
  3. The lyric effect kinda boring to me, how about make it move a bit left or right to each lyric?
  4.   8. That bg8.jpg loooks very static it's like no additional effect on it, add firefly or something or make it move left/right or zoom in/zoom out, it's kinda boring imo if static like that while bg8.jpg is play long until the song ended

  10. That pjeco.png time and transition appear very odd, that should be appear at here 05:38:348 - After the spinner ended and don't forget adjust the time and transition of wafu.png and add fade out while wafu.png leaving the playfield

Sry for this mod. Too much shit words like "remove", "delate", "replace" etc... I dont like such things :( But.
But map with itself got a lot of troubles with diffuclt. There clear and good part like kiai but at after them going some strange patters with hard readable or overmap, sometiems undermap with hard readable. This is unbalance and will haraas player especialy newbies. Song with hard rhythm but its clear and dont change mood system during all lenght but your map jump form easy thing to chaotic hard, in my point of view. Maybe i am wrong but i still think so.
You need to focus on rhythm hardly.
Flow is really good and there is nothign to say about it.

Sry for this mod. Too much shit words like "remove", "delate", "replace" etc... I dont like such things :( But.
But map with itself got a lot of troubles with diffuclt. There clear and good part like kiai but at after them going some strange patters with hard readable or overmap, sometiems undermap with hard readable. This is unbalance and will haraas player especialy newbies. Song with hard rhythm but its clear and dont change mood system during all lenght but your map jump form easy thing to chaotic hard, in my point of view. Maybe i am wrong but i still think so.
You need to focus on rhythm hardly.
Flow is really good and there is nothign to say about it.

You should stop 00:11:597 (3) - at 00:12:002 - and map like you did with 00:10:786 (1) - imo. Same for the rest of this section.
  2. Since I'm at this part, one of the weird things is to waste strong beat like 00:14:029 - by making them passive at the end of a slider. A strong like this one should be clicked to have a better emphasis with the song.

Also, I'm quite sure BPM is 74 constantly, it's very calm. Set it all to 74, and change SV to 2,8 so it still feels the same. Don't forget to do a 0.5 at the start of the map so it doesn't go faster.
Why is it all 74? For the same reason some maps are 300+ BPM. The claps; Claps should go at every other beat (2nd and 4th) That is not the case here, it's every 3rd beat. Halve the BPM to fix this. If the claps would have fallen on all red ticks, BPM should be doubled
Rest seems fine

As far as I can see it still aceptable and all the imagery file still can be categorized as PG, furthermore it's already well written on the description box about that. By the way it reminds me about a map with NSFW lyric https://osu.ppy.sh/s/244929 and yet it still can pass the qualified week with explaination on its description box

So I'm kind of confused while reviewing this map. You skip parts of possible streamable parts which is fine normally like 05:46:557 - but then you keep going when the stream stops in the song at 05:47:671 (1,2,3,4) - and then use a long slider when the piano picks up again at 05:48:077 (5) -

Then you have a couple streams where there's just an extra note thrown in like 04:20:614 (6) - and 04:27:506 (14) -

Were these intentional design decisions? Please reply soon as the deadline is coming up and we will err on the side of caution with regards to this type of issue.

Yes, they are intentional. Because the stream 05:45:239 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - is normally following the piano part and I decided to put after stream a slider, that would follow a beat. I didn't want to put a stream there because there isn't any piano in the background during the slider. About the circles like these 04:27:608 (15,16) - or 05:47:671 (1,2,3,4) - They are basically follow the beat too, but I didn't find any other way, how to properly use/place them. If there is any other major issue in this beatmap and by anyone's opinion needs to be fixed, then I guess it'll be time for disqualification.

Although this map is certainly playable, I wish there was a bit more consistency in the spacing and patterns.
