00:24:570 (4,5) - sth like this might play al little better
00:26:192 (10,1) - blanket maybe? or maybe make 00:27:002 (1) - straight?
00:35:921 (4) - might be better it this was rounder and blanketing 2
00:38:354 (1,2,3,4) - move the end of 1 down a bso it leads directly to the others. With these slow sliders players are very likely to completely hit the slider (instead of letting go a bit early) so it would fell smother
00:44:029 i'd recommend to either inster break time here or lower the drain to ~6.5
00:48:894 (6,8) - blanklet is minimally off
00:54:975 (5) - rotate end a bit upwards
00:55:786 (6) -rotate end little bit to the left, transition to 7 doesn't feel fitting
01:01:057 (1,3) - blanket is very minimally off
01:06:732 (1,2) - blanket?
03:01:462 (2,3) - blanket or move 3 up
03:50:111 (2,3) - fix blanket
04:05:311 (2,1) - move red point of 1 a bit right => better blanket
04:33:080 (1,3) - change 3 a bit to make this blanket look better
04:35:917 (1,2) - fix blanket
06:28:617 (4) - move a bit right (and eventually rotate and a bit) for better transition from 3
06:50:306 (1) - spinner hsould probably end a bit earlier

Updated. Thank you Lasse.

Ok recheck

  • Fake World
  1. 00:52:746(7,8)- You made a jump here but I don't see any intensify of the music so you can decrease the spacing to 1.5 for example as you did at 00:48:084(3,4)-
  2. 01:02:678(4)- Missing whistle
  3. 01:56:800(5,6)- Here you can increase the spacing because as I can hear, the vocal becomes more stronger and increasing the spacing here it will emphasize the stronger vocal
  4. 03:22:948(1)- An ctrl+J here wouldn't hurt at all because it will give a better flow and cursor movement during gameplay
  5. 04:34:499(1,2)- I don't think the doublets will work here because sounds weird to me and I don't hear doublets hear.I suggest to remove 04:34:600(2)- and keeping 04:34:499(1)- for a better rhythm in my opinion
  6. 06:03:685(1)- This NC should be on 06:04:293(2)- because there's the reset of the instruments while on 06:03:685(1)- is not so considering removing the NC from this note and applying the NC on 06:04:293(2)- where is the reset of the instruments
  7. 06:05:915(1)- This slider can be rotated to 1 degress like here  http://puu.sh/jBOnv/7d51d7388b.jpg.Also you can rotate 06:07:131(3)- to 4 degress and then moving the last anchor of the slider to 247|73 like if you want an neat and aesthetic pattern like here  http://puu.sh/jBOzp/fce692ac1c.jpg
  8. 06:09:766(2,3)- If you want to make them symmetrical, move 06:10:171(3)- to 197|334 like in this picture  http://puu.sh/jBOI9/e31e943824.jpg
  9. 06:14:833(1)- As I can hear, the reset of the instruments are on 06:14:022(5)- so considering removing the NC from 06:14:833(1)- and applying the NC on 06:14:022(5)- where's clearly the reset of the instruments
  10. 06:15:442- A note placed here will works perfectly since there's still sound

That's all from now. Call me back

and no kds :D

14:37 Mortem: Ah.
14:37 Mortem: I know why
14:37 Mako Sakata: What's that?
14:37 Mako Sakata: Been update my osu, but still have the old diff
14:38 Mortem: I accidentaly uploaded it with the old version.
14:39 Mortem: I mean...
14:39 Mortem: Yea, because the old osu file is there.
14:39 Mortem: I will remove it and update.
14:39 Mortem: So sorry...My fault, I didn't see that.
14:39 Mortem: Ok Updating.
14:39 Mortem: So sorry...
14:39 Mako Sakata: Okay
14:44 Mortem: It's because I have a new laptop and I moved all my files from the another one and there was some old files too, so this happened.
14:44 Mortem: Updated.
14:44 Mortem: It should be ok now.
14:47 Mako Sakata: Okay check now
14:47 Mortem: ok
15:01 *Mako Sakata is editing [http://osu.ppy.sh/b/565448 Tatsh feat. Sariyajin - ALIVE ~Itsuwari no Nai Sekai~ [Fake World]]
15:01 Mortem: mmhmm
15:01 Mako Sakata: How about stack this 00:57:002 (1) - above 00:57:205 (2) - ? following the harp may flows better there imo
15:02 Mortem: Ok.
15:02 Mortem: Fixed.
15:04 Mako Sakata: How about lower the jumps a bit on 01:09:975 (1,2) - ? I don't hear significant change on song imo, put a big jump like that kinda hard to follow
15:06 Mortem: Ok..fixed.
15:06 Mako Sakata: Make this 02:16:462 (5,6,7) - not overlapping might looks good too
15:07 Mortem: Fixed.
15:08 Mako Sakata: Delete finish on this 03:27:002 (1) - ?
15:09 Mortem: There is a finish here: 01:39:266 (1) -
15:09 Mortem: So I guess i will leave it like it is.
15:09 Mako Sakata: Okay
15:09 Mortem: Due to consistency.
15:12 Mako Sakata: Finish on this 01:58:624 (1) - might good imo, to make it same as 02:08:354 (1) -
15:13 Mortem: Ok.
15:13 Mortem: Fixed.
15:13 Mako Sakata: 02:46:462 (7) - sv change on a slowdown, nc?
15:14 Mortem: Ok.
15:14 Mortem: Fixed.
15:16 Mako Sakata: 03:32:475 (2) - how about clap instead, then this 03:32:880 - finish sound?
15:16 Mortem: Ok. Fixed.
15:18 Mako Sakata: Tbh a complete stacked slider like 03:40:786 (3) - with 03:39:975 (1) - is hard to read imo, may mislead the player when playing
15:19 Mortem: It's not that hard to read.
15:19 Mortem: It may look like in editor, but no one hadn't problem with it.
15:19 Mortem: While testplaying.
15:19 Mortem: So I'm leaving it like it is.
15:19 Mako Sakata: You think so, okay theen
15:20 Mortem: If this will be the case of DQ, I wouldn't blame you, I would blame myself.
15:21 Mortem: Just sayin'.
15:24 Mako Sakata: For me it's no prob if get dqed, just need to reset the icon after
15:24 Mortem: Yea.
15:25 Mako Sakata: Maybe move this 03:44:839 (2) - somewhere else? so reverse on this 03:45:246 (3) - more visible
15:26 Mortem: Well, yea, but I have no idea where. :D
15:27 Mortem: Sorry to ask you, but do you have any suggestions?
15:29 Mako Sakata: Well if you ask me
15:29 Mako Sakata: Maybe stack above this 03:46:462 (1) - might good, so no need change the overall pattern
15:29 Mako Sakata: Then blanket on 03:45:246 (3,1) - can be improve more
15:29 Mortem: And also...during the gameplay, the 03:45:246 (3) - is normally visible.
15:30 Mako Sakata: I see during the play too, but to make it more visible is also good
15:31 Mortem: Yea. Looks 10% less shitier.
15:31 Mortem: Thanks.
15:31 Mortem: Fixed.
15:36 Mako Sakata: 05:28:719 (1) - A finish on that also might good, so the drum sequence sounds nicer
15:37 Mortem: Fixed.
15:38 Mako Sakata: Maybe improve the blanket here 06:07:942 (2,3) -
15:38 Mako Sakata: I think that's all
15:38 Mortem: Ok. Going to update.
15:39 Mortem: And I'm not fixing that blanket issue.
15:39 Mortem: DS.
15:39 Mortem: I want to keep it constant there.
15:39 Mako Sakata: Suree
15:40 Mako Sakata: Btw can I have the metadata source? want to ask double check
15:40 Mortem: Sure.
15:40 Mortem: Hold on, let me find it.
15:41 Mortem: [http://vgmdb.net/album/25738 Here]
15:42 Mortem: Also, the song is in the "MATERIAL" album.
15:42 Mortem: So that's why there is Material in the tags.
15:42 Mortem: If there's anything that I forgot to add into tags, tell me.
15:45 Mortem: Anyways, it's updated.
15:45 Mortem: So you can double check it.
15:45 Mako Sakata: Okay prety dependable source at least
15:45 Mako Sakata: Suree
15:46 Mako Sakata: Let me redownload
15:58 Mako Sakata: Maybe you should fix this http://puu.sh/jHWcK/0b36b227b5.png, because may give effect on gameplay
15:58 Mako Sakata: http://puu.sh/jHWcK/0b36b227b5.png
16:00 Mako Sakata: The rest good to go
16:03 Mortem: Ok
16:03 Mortem: I fix it
What we fix:
1. Improve pattern and flow here and there
2. Improve hitsound
3. Etc

Metadata doubled check with Satellite, so let's give it a try :)

spacing like 06:18:887 (5,1) - is kinda uncomfortable to play (there are other similars) not a big deal though.
Harbyter
just asking, is this sb accettable o,o
Shiranai
As far as I can see it still aceptable and all the imagery file still can be categorized as PG, furthermore it's already well written on the description box about that. By the way it reminds me about a map with NSFW lyric https://osu.ppy.sh/s/244929 and yet it still can pass the qualified week with explaination on its description box
Garven
So I'm kind of confused while reviewing this map. You skip parts of possible streamable parts which is fine normally like 05:46:557 - but then you keep going when the stream stops in the song at 05:47:671 (1,2,3,4) - and then use a long slider when the piano picks up again at 05:48:077 (5) -

Then you have a couple streams where there's just an extra note thrown in like 04:20:614 (6) - and 04:27:506 (14) -

Were these intentional design decisions? Please reply soon as the deadline is coming up and we will err on the side of caution with regards to this type of issue.

Yes, they are intentional. Because the stream 05:45:239 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - is normally following the piano part and I decided to put after stream a slider, that would follow a beat. I didn't want to put a stream there because there isn't any piano in the background during the slider. About the circles like these 04:27:608 (15,16) - or 05:47:671 (1,2,3,4) - They are basically follow the beat too, but I didn't find any other way, how to properly use/place them. If there is any other major issue in this beatmap and by anyone's opinion needs to be fixed, then I guess it'll be time for disqualification.
Garven
Thanks for the quick reply. We'll take it into consideration.

Although this map is certainly playable, I wish there was a bit more consistency in the spacing and patterns.

That aside, grats on the rank!
