I think I'll have to pop this bubble.
- Invisible skin elements ("spinner-approachcircle.png", "spinner-spin.png" and "spinner-clear.png"). Gameplay elements must be visible.
- Missing skin elements for the scoreboard. When skinning gameplay elements, complete sets of elements must be skinned. More info: https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Skinning#Skin_Sets
- hit300k.png and hit300g.png are the same file. Hitbursts must be clearly distinguishable from each other.
- Very few recovery time after spinners.
- Lack of hitsounds for half of the map.
About the spinners, I found the spread is more like Normal - Hard - Insane. In Easy you have a considerable ammount of stacks, and in Hard you have some reall large jumps. You only need to rename the difficulties and the spinner issue will be gone, although you could want to add a few more objects in the Easy and Normal, so they fit better the new names. Remember to adjust the HP/OD settings after you do this.
And last, you could try putting a few more whistles where they fit (before the kiai) and some strong custom hitsound (I'm bad looking for them, sorry) to complement sounds like 00:42:510 - . Finishes can be put in 00:44:300 - , 00:47:191 - and 00:50:083 - .

Is "pink purple two animal 1.png" used somewhere? ;_;
I highly suggest you to fill your reverse arrow with some colour (white, gray) to make it easier to see. I'm sure a lot of people will miss them.
"spinner-approachcircle.png" isn't compatible with your spinner version, use "spinner-approach.png" instead.

00:09:310 (3) - I'd suggest to change this for a single circle, the silenced end is really confusing here, and this isn't really a held note to justify the slider.
[Hard]
00:00:910 (1) - You're missing a hitsound here.

Rename and all HP/OD +1, I also add notes in the middle diff and change the shape of slider in the easiest diff.
And last, you could try putting a few more whistles where they fit (before the kiai) and some strong custom hitsound (I'm bad looking for them, sorry) to complement sounds like 00:42:510 - . Finishes can be put in 00:44:300 - , 00:47:191 - and 00:50:083 - . I find a sound (like the combo with drum and bell) as clap, and use it at kiai and the section before kiai

Skin: Remove spinner-rpm, and change spinner-clear & spinner-spin to Chinese traditional style by brush font.

About adding "xiang xin pin pai de li liang" to tags, personally, I think it is not helpful for searching.
If you know Chinese, you can search in Chinese character, right?
But if you are not able to speak Chinese, can you type romanised words to search this beatmap?
Anyway, tags with romanised words are more convenient to find this map for the players who understand Chinese, because they do not need to change the input method.
But there is another issue, that is "Any tags should be greater or equal to 3 letters".
So I can add "Xiangxin Pinpai Liliang" as tags, which are better than the romanised single words, in my opinion.
The picture you showed is the official romanization of TV show, not this video.
