I guess in general, this map doesn't feel like it follows the music. The rhythms are interesting, but they should stay intuitive in the context of the music.

00:47:119 (1,2) - I understand this is just a 1/1 set of beats, but the gap could be placed in a more intuitive place, perhaps with more than just 2 sliders. For example, I thought a slider every 4 beats felt better here than every 5.
00:48:786 (2,1) - Spacing.
01:12:786 (1,2,3) - Same as before; I thought that the placement of every new slider could have been placed better.
01:23:619 (1) - Halve the length of this slider, and double the number of repeats. I'm a bit concerned that this stack is only a 1/2 gap, while the rest of the stacks were 1/1 gaps. Maybe don't stack them?
01:28:952 (1) - Placement of the repeats sounds kinda unnatural.
01:34:786 (3) - The new combo feels more suited for this note.
01:38:786 (1,1,2,3) - Weird beat pattern, doesn't seem to follow much in the music.
01:52:452 - As this kiai section also changes audio, put a section just before this note for the audio, in case the player hits the note early, while keeping the kiai section in place.
02:09:952 (3,4,5,6,7) - On the offbeats sounds kinda random and weird.
02:32:952 - Add a beat here if you want consistent beats.

Whoa, that's a lot of huge slowdowns. Might be excessive, in my opinion. Also, the timing sections aren't aligned properly; if you remove all but the first one, you'll get a ton of object-not-snapped errors, which means that the red timing sections aren't falling perfectly on the ticks, but 5-10ms ahead/behind, or something. Remove the timing sections, resnap all notes, and re-insert them. Make sure you add in all the normal-BPM sections before you add the low-BPM sections.

I thought this diff might be cool with the largest hitcircles, although it would raise the diff. to 5.00 (lolwhat) and lower the score to 7.4m.

01:34:947 (1,2,3) - Moving this a grid left makes both the triangle before and after the slider look neater.
02:05:278 (1) - This 1/2 BPM doesn't really fit, imo.
03:09:110 (3) - This note is placed kinda weirdly, partially under the slider middle.

02:16:786 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - The patterns at the beginning look nice, but don't particularly fit the music too well. (you come back to the center in the first pattern not because there's really a musical reason to, but rather because your slider finished and you need to put a beat somewhere) Later on, this puts all your slider heads on red ticks and slider tails on white, which feels kinda awkward while playing.
02:25:452 (3) - New combo should be here, not 2 notes before.
02:28:119 (9) - New combo here, not the note after. (align the new combos with the long white ticks on the timeline, pretty much) It doesn't make musical sense here to start a combo on a red tick. In general, you should take a look through combos in the entire map.
03:00:119 (1) - Since you've followed the lead vocals the entire map, it doesn't make much sense to follow the background here, in my opinion. Keep doing what you've been doing, at least until 03:23:286 (1).

Score is a concern for this diff, since it's not really harder than the other guest insanes. I'd say consider cutting the beatmap off at the same place they do.

YGOkid's suggestion about the kiai, I agree with it. Maybe consider it.
For some odd reason, everytime I mod your maps, I always take note of the New Combos too much. :| From the looks of things, it's like you're putting a New Combo depending on the beat arrangements and not how it flows with the music; personally I like New Combos to be jiving with the music instead of the notes, but that's just me, and that most of the good maps I deem as 'good' actually have New Combos synced to the music rather than the note arrangement.
Turn the hitsound volume up please.

00:16:786 (1,2,3,4) - Too hard of a pattern for an Easy diff. I'd delete 1 and 2, since an Easy diff doesn't need to be mapped to every lyric/note/whatever, and this would make a much easier pattern. Also, have 3 a little bit more on top of 4 like you do at the beginning of this diff with 00:11:619 (1,2).
00:20:952 (6) - delete this note
00:22:786 (1) - too far from the center of the spinner
00:36:119 (1) - ^
00:39:453 (2) - shorten to the red tick
00:43:119 (2,1) - I don't like the pause between these.
00:46:286 (2,3,4) - I'd make this into a short, repeating slider. 3 1/2 notes in a row at 180BPM is kinda difficult for Easy.
00:50:619 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I'd try to avoid these upbeats for an Easy diff. Maybe make (1,2,3) into medium-size repeating slider and then (4,5,6) into a short, repeating one?

Sorry that I didn't mod all diffs, but I was getting kinda dizzy from the high OD and crazy spacing (sick from surgery atm). I didn't get to play and do an offset check either, but if anything, it might only be a few ms late. Some of these diffs really need work, but I'll leave that up to regular modders to help. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'd add a 1/2 or 1 second audio lead-in to all diffs so that the song fades in nicer.

EDIT 2: My mistake; tags should be the same in all diffs. Just remove the trance one as I said. Also, lead-in isn't really important. :p

I feel like you force the map to be hard by adding few streams, mega-jumps and other hard stuff. I will say also that these patterns don't sound good. I hope you'll do something with this.

00:13:453 (4,6,7) - It's VERY confusing since (7) comes out from the end of (6). Please AT LEAST make a reverse selection on (7) (Edit -> Reverse Selection).

Hm...The thing here is that it's a bit too hard for a normal, and it's hard to read in some parts. Why don't you turn up the OD by one tick and rename it to Normal+? It would solve both problems.

A very late mod. Very sorry.

Easy: Not a very easy diff, probably closer to a normal, but I guess it passes as an easy enough diff
Combo mod:
01:36:119 (1) - this new combo seems sort of random when most other combos followed the lyrics (not going to ask about consistency since the beginning has a very different combo pattern than this part)
01:53:452 - I personally wish that the whole kiai section starting here has combos that follow the lyrics like the first chorus
02:15:452 (1) - I wish I knew what the combos follow from this section onward

Normal+:

This diff was quite confusing for me with a lot of stacks that made me wonder where to go. For example(00:18:953 (3,4), 02:27:119 (1,2), and the beginning half of the kiai section), but I might just be extremely weak at stacks. As a result, you do not need to change this if you don't want to.
02:02:452 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this part felt a quite boring and repetitive to me

Combo mod:
00:53:786 (5) - new combo to follow the lyrics
00:58:786 (1) - I advise you make the combo sin this section 2 whole notes long so remove 01:03:119 (1)'s new combo and add a new combo to 01:03:953 (4) and remove 01:09:953 (1)'s new combo to add a new combo to 01:09:286. Then you can continue the pattern for the rest of the section
(note I did this pattern because it follow your current one, but it does feel weird because the music has a 4 whole note pattern and this pattern puts the 2nd and 3rd whole notes and the 4th and 1st whole notes together, so you might want to move the whole pattern forward or back a half note)
02:25:786 (1) - same as 00:58:786 (1)

Timing section mod:
01:52:119 - because you changed the hitsound type, a quarter note before this timing section, add a inherited timing section with the same hitsound settings but no kiai

This diff was very hard for me to read at times.
