Since BPM is wrong, I can't do exact mods (because the map is going to change when BPM is change, of course). BUT, I'll give you an overall mod about style etc.
Your kiai time's start end end points are not snapped. Kiai time, and other timing points too, have to be snapped (=placed?) to tics in timeline (white, red, blue...)

Editor -> File -> Open AiMod OR Ctrl + Shift + AAdd a break time somewhere in the middle
Your map's ending is really bad. Either map the whole current breaktime, or delete those last objects (=end map earlier).
Your diffs' names make no sense. It is your own choice to change or keep them, but... Come on.
QT / EASYIn easy diff set Slider Velocity (SV) and Distance Spacing (DS) low. Suggestion: SV1,0 and DS0,8.
Also, you have to use distance snapping ALL THE TIME. So, enable it from editors right side. I won't mention DS in easy mod anymore, but remember to check it when repairing your map.

*Seems like you just spammed random notes here and there. harder diff doesn't necessarily mean double the notes.
*Don't map something you can't clear yourself.
*Watch how other mappers map hard diffs. Try to emulate their style.
*Get some experience as a mapper, and then remap this.
