Continuing where Ketchup left off, I got sick of seeing the map in the graveyard and seeing the effort that was put into the map going to waste. :~|

Updates

Some skin elements added. (1/07/2010)
[Melting Nightmare] drain rate slightly lowered to a more forgiving, but still difficult enough level. (1/15/10)
Updated BG for [Cold as awp] (1/16/10)

There's probably nothing you can do about it, but weird stuff happens in widescreen when you start failing.

OD is way too low. Increase it to 5 or 6 ticks? (I like 6 better)

I still think 6 OD is better.

Your map is very ordered, lots of straight lines and right angles, and in the second half, some 60 degree angles. Can't say I like it that much :?

Updated my difficulty, though there really wasn't much to say about it there was one triangle that was screwy

Rude post incoming:

What the fuck is with the backgrounds? They're all some nonsense anime wallpaper; irrelevant to the song/maps and a little insulting, I think. Pull the original backgrounds and use them imo but this is just not right the way it is.

I've already asked about it before and didn't get a reply back. I'll fix the backgrounds back once I have the main computer fixed :~| Oh screw it, i'll just update it from this laptop.

Also, I didn't just throw them in for no reason. That's not how I set backgrounds and seriously, I HATE rude posts. :|

here's taiko map. worth Oni ★X10, so it's very hard for most players.
(I don't always make map hard, so please inform me if you don't like this)
and for BG image, will you set BG image for this, or should I set BG image? (cuttently using cold as awp BG) If you set BG for this please inform me. I can modify to suit taiko mod if it's needed. (not that special though..)

Oh and you can change the name of the diff anyway you want.

I'll check more into it when I get back from work. But I can find a BG for your difficulty though.

Edit: Looks good so far, though its hard to fully check with a laggy laptop. The last half of the map (when the kiai starts) seems to lose the flow of the beat to me, but like I said, the laptop is laggy.

Delete the .osb file - it's unused
OR
Just use the .osb file for the SB (when failing) instead of adding to all .osu files

Add lepidopodus in the tags

I find it ironic that Ketchup is not mapping this :)

The breaks are not the same, so placing the SB in the .osu code had to be done. Also, was planning to create the credits.png for this map so its going to need that osb anyways. Taking care of the tags part though and another thing, Ketchup is still around, just mainly making the songs more than mapping.

Turn up the OD in one tick [some parts are REALLY confusing].
Turn up the HP drain in one tick?

Wow this map brings back feelings of nostalgia.

In widescreen mode, the warning for low health is shifted over quite a bit right.

Sadly I did not understand what the combos followed after that point. (It might just be my own problem)

(Personally I believe that the oni taiko diff is fine. It is a little difficult, but I think it is withing the rankable range.)

Can't figure out why whyscreen screws up like that. It doesn't seem to scale the BG or the SB properly. :|

Okay, deleted that SB out since I couldn't get to find out how to get it fixed or if it could be.
