03:56:444 / 03:57:783 - if this is going to be a challenge for the taiko mode, that stream will be a headache for taiko players

from my bg modding queue:

through some high level googling I managed to find an hd version of your bg. I then went ahead and modded that, since it's kind of compression heavy. I gave it a smoothing filter to get rid of most of the compression artifacts, then did some slight color/contrast adjustments. I then resized it to fit osu's standards. Here is the final product:
