given that it depends heavily on what I feel like having, and the "feel like" thing could last for as short as 5 minutes, I'd say there is no "best" for me

Alright, so here's my criteria on what the best in this regard is:
  1. It must not have certain meat that is essentially from the garbage collectors of the world
  2. It must not allow any grains
  3. It must not have any use of refined sugars
  4. It must not be ultra-processed
  5. It must be natural, and not artificial in some capacity
  6. It must be organic
  7. It must be one ingredient, unless it's something with a few natural ingredients
  8. It must be a diet you cannot make money off of
Name a country that does all of this exactly. You can't, because there is no country that recommends this diet that I had just described.

wdym you can't name a country when all you're listing is pointing right to poor people's food from literally anywhere in the world prior to industrial era

1. Well, no sane person on earth would eat these guys
2. Yeah Grilled meats don't required any grains
3. You also don't need sugar
4. You can literally go hunt something and grill it
5. same as 4
6. look at 4.
7. It's literally a grilled meat. And yeah you could make a sauce for it , like Soyu for example, from natural ingredients.
8. If you give it away for free, or you actually go outside and manually do step 4 and use techniques that our neanderthals ancestors used to make fire, then you won't be making any money.

So yeah, All country which eat grilled meat would fit your criteria.

pizzaboy

Despite all of this, Japanese food is good (especially Okinawa's diet being what's called a blue zone [long living population]). American food I would avoid with certain exceptions.

lostsilver

xch00F
realistically the only authentic food I can get here in vegas at a reasonable price is south american food. obviously there are really great restaurants on the strip but most of the time I would rather go to someone's house that I found being advertised on instagram exclusively in spanish and pay with cash for tacos and a very strong michelada lmao. basically every international cuisine can be found in this city tho, it rules.

Greek salads, needs no introduction, olive + olive + olive yumm
UnsrawKingYT
