So I have 2 USBs, one with personal stuff, and one I used to install Zorin into my old PC, and I was planning to use it again for my new PC but this time using Kali, so I ran the same program I used for the first time (balenaEtcher) but this time it threw an error, I tried formatting, It always failed no matter what I did, I've tried many, MANY tutorials, but nothing works. Any help will be appreciated!

I'd suggest trying different flashing tools like Rufus
Also it'd be better to post the error message as well

The error that I always got was: Windows can't format the USB
Make sure that the USB is connected properly or isn't read only (I checked it and it wasn't read only)
Also, what I mean is that it wasn't formatting the USB
