Creator's comment: This is my very first skin in osu that I made myself from scratch. I don't think I'll ever skin the other modes because, I am still a newbie in skinning and, I only made this skin for personal use. But, decided to share it because why not? The skin has two cursors. The one without a smooth trail and the one with a smooth trail. I placed both cursors in the osk file so feel free to change it there.
Why did you create this skin? I made this skin because I really wanted an XXI skin in osu but failed to find even one. So even though I have no idea how to skin, I did my best to make it.
Updates: I'll update the skin everytime a new idea/design hits me.
