I'm not quite sure why the black BG suddenly stopped nearly at the back of the song, end result will be like a blink
and it's not suitable for this kind of song. better do a fading out bits by bits

the usage of SB/01.png can be removed, decreasing SB load and also the SB file
instead use Fade on the other images
by putting the original BG to a fade state, you can create a black BG out of it.

because it starts at 00:51:078 - the Loop value starts there, it will be 0 (51078 - 51078 = 0)
after that you need to decrease the value 51737 - 51078 = 659. result > F,0,0,659,1,0

oh right, pulsing is quite troublesome. don't forget to add epilepsy warning

I think your timing is too early, suggesting +50
but 00:28:051 (3,4,5) - these three notes are earlier than the other notes, so I think the timing points should be
BPM 91 Offset 14205
BPM 91 Offset 28011
BPM 91 Offset 30029
and select all green sections, then +50

Normal:
00:28:670 (1,2) - better to use slider, so it's more friendly to beginners (since its timing is different)
00:33:325 (1,3) - align these sliders to put (2) in the middle?
00:37:281 (4) - and put this here http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1172886
01:01:677 (1) - remove the 5% sections in the spinner, leaving a gradual fadeout :3

Keeping thing fast and simple, it really seems like you orz. Well, but the positive point is at least the map has fewer mistakes, so let's see how it goes.
  1. Remove "Lost Imagination" from the source, since it's the name of its album, not the source. The source field is used if the song comes from a media like video game, anime, etc.
  2. Maybe you deserve a better combo colors which fit the background, try copy this one to every .osu file

[Storyboard]

Um.. actually I cannot accept the fact that this storyboard has no concept at all. I understand some storyboarders are just putting up images they find fitting the theme (such SB from a video game, eroge, etc. which is an obvious source), but well, for the time being, I'll go with your SB's pace.
Let's see.. the first simple thing I want to point out is:
- Remove "SB/01.jpg" since you didn't use it at all
- Remove the image "Konachan.com - 174128 aqua_hair boots braids hatsune_miku inoki landscape long_hair night scarf scenic sky snow stars tears vocaloid.jpg" since you had the one with proper size as "SB/04.jpg"
- This one isn't really necessary, but it's better to change the name "Konachan.com - 90831 sample" (the one that you use as the bg) into "background.jpg" ,then change the code in the .osb file:


For the concept, I'll tell you in-game later since that's quite a long step to do. But simply put, this is the storyboarding concept that I thought of:
- Scene 1 : we see a girl sleeping calmly in the sleeping room, start from 00:14:164 until 00:29:329
- Transition 1 : we fly from the sleeping room into the sky, start from 00:29:329 until 00:29:989
- Scene 2 : we see a sky with some pulse effect, start from 00:29:989
- Transition 2 : we fall back to the sleeping room, start from 01:01:637 01:02:296
- Scene 3 : same as scene 1, start from 01:02:296 until 01:14:824
Simple thing, but it's necessary to make others understand the concept of the SB (especially a dynamic SB with some different images)

Ah, one thing left. I think it's better to reduce some pulse on the kiai (unless you want to imitate StrangeProgram, I won't recommend this). Some of the pulse you should remove:

  1. 00:14:164 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - The rhythm here is technically right, but the usage of sliders and circles here doesn't reflect how are the instruments played here correctly. This works better, IMO, and will cause less repetitiveness.
  2. 00:25:373 (3) - What about removing this slider and only adding a circle at 00:26:033, stacked below 00:24:055 (2)'s tail, to emphasize the instrument there? The instrument at 00:25:373 is too weak to be mapped with a slider's head. Players might feel awkward while hitting it.
  3. 00:39:879 (2,1) - It's just a matter of preference, TBH, but placing them like this will make them follow the pitch of the instruments more accurately. Explanation: The instrument at 00:39:219 (1) has a higher pitch than 00:39:879 (2). Placing (2) lower than (1) will reflect the decrease of the pitch nicely.
  4. 00:58:340 (4) - This one's kinda optional, but it might increase the fun in this diff a lot. Shape the slider like this (with the head at (124,140), the middle node at (104,196), and the tail at (52,232)) to improve the flow here?
  5. 01:01:637 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - I think you can be a little more creative here. Maybe make some unique shapes with the slider, and don't just place the circles in the center of the map. Try moving them somewhere else too. Again, it will make this map feel less repetitive, and thus more refreshing and fun to play.

i think the circle size in normal can be reduced to 3,better for the new players to enjoy the map

- There is too much pulsing at the kiai time, reduce it by half

- The pulse when it is main BG is fading out does not fade out
-- The last pulse has higher opacity than the main BG

- The last 01:01:802 picture appears too abruptly, create a very long pulse, around 2 bars that scales bigger and fades out

- Just a suggestion, make the 2nd picture fade completely at 01:14:824 so that when the spinner ends the BG can't be seen

- There is too much pulsing at the kiai time, reduce it by half ok reduced

- The pulse when it is main BG is fading out does not fade out fixed
-- The last pulse has higher opacity than the main BG fixed

- The last 01:01:802 picture appears too abruptly, create a very long pulse, around 2 bars that scales bigger and fades out re-scaled fixed

- Just a suggestion, make the 2nd picture fade completely at 01:14:824 so that when the spinner ends the BG can't be seen fixed

Also, try to make combo a bit longer, say 3-6.
Also maybe slider tick goes to 2 instead of 1?

Why don't you put approach rate to 8-9? More suprising effect, you see.

00:46:472 (1) - I would move this one a bit farther, because as you can see 00:45:484 (5,6) - this has the same spacing, but the time between it is much bigger! So space it a bit farther!
00:56:362 (6) - NC? I actually think that this 'bing' is the indicator for it, which goes with 00:57:022 (1) - .. so remove this NC

00:24:055 (1,2) - the combos are incorrect. (1) shouldn't be a NC and (2) should because that(1) is connected with the slider in the music. (2)'s music changes, so it'd be more appropriate during gameplay.
00:50:428 (2) - don't you think that the spacing is pretty big compared to the gap between (3,1)? try to keep it consistent here by using the same spacing as (3,1).
