Okazaki's Easy

  1. 00:08:717 (5) Olvidaste poner un Clap , se siente raro imo . Además es necesario por consistencia
  2. 00:11:364 - 00:14:011 Podrias agregar un spinner en esta sección como en la normal diff , se siente muy vacío imo
  3. 00:21:952 (1) Remueve ese clap del comienzo de este slider , suena realmente mal en mi opinion . Reemplazalo por un Finish , es el comienzo de un kiai time , eso le dará un mejor toque
  4. 00:25:483 (1) Un Finish aqui tambien , el alza de voz lo requiere
  5. 00:36:070 (1) Reemplazalo por Finish

  3. 00:38:276 (2) Remueve este whistle , se siente muy raro . Es el unico que usaste en esta seccion , ademas suena muy innecesario
  4. 00:42:688 (5,1) Esto es muy dificil para una normal diff honestamente . Cambialo por un 1/2 slider y 1 circle , estará mejor :
  5. 00:43:129 (1) Un Finish suena mucho mejor aqui en mi opinion , ademas el kiai time comienza aqui . El finish le daría un buen toque

No mencione nada de blankets , ni estetica o me pasaria todo el dia . Podrias trabajar mas en eso y en los hitsounds . El mapa no está mal , pero podrias intentar trabajar en ello

  2. 00:23:055 (1,2) Este antijump , no se siente bien . Pero si no deseas cambiarlo agrega un New Combo a (2) para distinguir el antijump y si haces lo de arriba más , agregas un combo a la primera nota que usaste para reemplazar el spinner
  3. 00:26:364 (3) Este 1/2 slider se siente algo overmapped , escuchala en 25 % de velocidad y esa ultima parte del slider no sigue nada en la musica . Reemplazalo por un circle , sonará mejor
  4. 00:45:114 (2) Podrias hacer un CTRL+G en este slider , crearía un jump divertidos y mejoraría el flow en esta parte
  5. 00:49:306 (3) Un Whistle en este circle , seguiría muy bien la música
  6. 00:56:915 (2,3) Estas notas las siento realmente mal , no siguen nada en la música . Al momento de jugar la diff , senti que al presionar estas notas , es como si no presionara nada , ni siguiera nada en la música . Intenta arreglarlo de alguna manera

Personally, I don't think the first 2 kiai sections are needed. They don't sound like the chorus or climax of the song, and it's more powerful to have one long kiai section
I also suggest putting in a custom clap... imo, the default soft-hitclap doesn't really suit this song :/

[Insane]

Throughout the kiai, it'd be nice to have a claps on 2/4 beats to fit the music and help the player stay in the correct rhythm! Actually in general, the whole map except the beginning could use some more 2/4 claps

00:02:982 (2,3,4,5) - To be honest, i'm not sure what beat you're mapping to D: When I listen to the music here, all I hear are 1/2 beats @_@ If you want to put a 1/4 rhythm, you can put it at 00:03:754 since I hear some sort of beat there
00:06:952 (2) - since there's a heavy beat here, how about normal sampleset instead of soft whistle?
00:17:540 (5,6) - consider removing the claps from these sliders, it sounds a bit noisy to me
00:19:967 (4) - to match beat in the music, remove clap from here and place it on 00:19:636 (2)'s tail instead
00:20:188 (1) - drum sampleset for consistency with 00:19:305 (1)
00:20:629 (2,3) - i suggest swapping these on timeline to better match vocals

The kiai is overused in this mapset. There's completely no need to use it at 00:21:952 and 00:36:070­. These are parts of a verse, and shouldn't be used with kiai. Leave your only kiai at 00:43:129 and end it 00:56:805­ (even though it's not a big white tick on the timeline, you can clearly hear that this is the moment where the impact of this song ends).

[Okazaki's Easy]
01:17:540 (1) - This spinner it way too short to be in the easiest difficulty. If you want a spinner at the end of this map, start it at 01:15:776­, or don't add it at all.

[Normal]
00:35:629 (2) - Just for the future: avoid unnecessary overlapping the previous/sliders with next notes. The way your (2) is placed is kinda bad and doesn't play smooth and clean. Other than that, this map's seems fine.

[Hard]
There's a lot of inconsistencies in spacing and hitsounds on this map. Some parts have hitsounds that are taken from pretty much anywhere. I'd suggest you self-modding this map, taking a closer look at the distance snap meter (it's at the right-upper corner of the screen) and minding the hitsounds used.

00:04:305 (5) - Is too close to (4), check the distance snap.
00:29:011 (6,1) - This jump doesn't make any rhythmical sense. Move (6) closer to the other notes, and give it a new combo.
00:32:982 (4) - Also too close to (3).
00:44:893 (7) - If you want to keep them jumps, use a new combo here so they're easier to distinguish.

00:04:305 (1,2) - These could be moved a little bit further from each other for aesthetics.
00:06:070 (4) - New combo here instead of the current (1).

00:23:055 (1) - Move it a little higher, especially due to the fact that the distance between (1) and (2) is quite short.
00:50:188 (1,2,3) - Move them a little bit further from each other, the notes don't have to cover each other.

  1. 00:21:952 (1) Este spinner no fluye bien en mi opinion . Seria mejor reemplazarlo por un slider mm.. lo pensaré, aunque por ahora lo dejaré así.
  2. 00:23:055 (1,2) Este antijump , no se siente bien . Pero si no deseas cambiarlo agrega un New Combo a (2) para distinguir el antijump y si haces lo de arriba más , agregas un combo a la primera nota que usaste para reemplazar el spinner

[Platter]

This map is way to easy to be called "Platter", maybe Cup. I only used dash twice but I guess I just failed to catch the right timing. So first of all, you need to use more dash (higher DS). And second, more slider. \o/ 219 against 43 circle is not really balanced. Try to map 50 more slider to make it better. I'll give some suggestion and ideas to make it better.

Let's get started.

For me it seem the offset is kinda off, maybe 2535 will be better but ignore this if you are sure about the current one.
AR6 is too low. Yes the bpm is low but still its possible to use 8 to make it finer.

00:00:776 (1,2,3) - These can be a slider with a repeat since the sound at the red tick is not loud enough for a circle. But it can be covered with a droplet.
00:01:438 (4) - Can be deleted since goes after nothing.
00:01:658 (5,6,7) - Slider, same as before.
(These can be altered to 00:00:776 (1,2) - slider, 00:01:217 (3,4,5,6,7) - 1/1 slider with a repeat.)
00:03:423 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - (2,3) slider, (4,5) slider, (6,7) slider, (8,9,10) repeat slider.
00:05:408 (11,12,13) - This triplet follows nothing. Please only use notes when they are after something in the music or vocal.
00:06:952 (3,4) - Add repeat to the slider.
00:08:165 (8,9) - You can merge them to a slider since they are basically after two parts of the same word (matte).
00:12:246 (4,5,6,7) - You can use two short slider here.
00:15:996 (4,5) - Ctrl+g them to create a triangle jump.
00:21:070 (7,8,9,10,11) - (8) and (10) are after nothing, please remove them and change it to a repeat slider.
00:33:864 (7,8,9) - Delete the middle one and maybe use a slider?

I won't mod the rest since the rhythm is mostly the same. Please use the above mentioned ones to make it better. Since this is Platter, you can make jump and some HDash too. I tested the distance between 1/2 notes for you, that's 2,4 for a calm jump, 3,6 is the HDash starter distance and in the middle of these two you can create tricky jumps. Use HDashes only during kiai since this is a calm song and this way it will be unique compared with the rest. HDashes mostly appear at big white ticks aka main beats, (00:44:011 (2,3) - Here is a good place for it), but you still need to watch for the rhythm to avoid useless spam.

  1. To create a more or less proper difficulty spread as you have in the other modes, you should create a 2nd CtB difficulty. The difficulty you have atm is a Cup, it's not even close to a Platter. So if you create a 2nd difficulty it should be a Salad. Before you start with mapping it I highly recommend you to read my information about distinction between CtB difficulties. Also you should consider reading more information about CtB mapping in the following Threads: CtB mapping tutorial, CtB modding academy. Also please take a look on the CtB Ranking Criteria.
  2. Let's make it clear. This simply is not a Platter. Here a few that you can take as reference to compare with your CtB difficulty: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/107009 , https://osu.ppy.sh/s/118690. Please take a look on them. If you ever want to get this ranked, rename it first of all to "Cup", after that we have to change all the song setup settings to the following (these are the song settings for a Cup!):
    HP Drain Rate: 3
    Circle Size: 2
    Approach Rate: 5
    Overall Difficulty: 5 (You also find the distinction of song setup settings between CtB difficulties here(second post).
  3. The perfect offset would be 772 (776 is a bit off to the first beat) here, the first note appears at 00:00:772 - and this is also the section where the offset should start (first beat of the song). I already tested this and the offset works fine throughout the whole song. Singer voice starts at 2540 btw, so 2541 is slightly wrong as well. Anyway, 772 works much better here.
I cannot really mod this until you say me what are your plans with this difficulty. Do you want to keep this as Platter or will you change this to a Cup? Depending on whether you decide I will mod it like a Cup or like a Platter. But to be honest, if you want this as Platter it needs A LOT of improvement. I still can help you pretty well to make this to a Cup.

I talked with the creator of the difficulty of ctb, and he decided to change some things, and leave it as Platter.
Probably in a few days he will publish an update~

00:20:629 (2,3) - Undo the blanket, the slider is wayy to small to be forming a blanket here. It only makes the flow look funny.

00:32:100 (3) - Same issue as 00:17:982 (3) - . Please remove the reverse, and move slider or add a note on 00:32:540.

00:52:945 (2) - Why not replace this slider with 3 notes? A stream can actually work here (And, this is an Insane diff).

A friendly tip for the future, an easy way to fix this is to have the objects overlap :P Overlaps do not count as inconsistent spacing, plus no one can really complain about stacking these notes in this diff, because the objects are already too far apart in rhythm.

00:43:129 (1) - Remove finish on the tail, it's not necessary here.

00:55:923 (4,1) - Remember my suggestion for 00:27:246 (4,1) - . Don't worry you, won't need to fix this if you don't want to.

I found 776 as offset much better since the first beat is there.

HP6 is okay, but why AR/OD is 6 too? They should be at least 8. It is still very good for this bpm.

00:05:849 (10) - This part of the song is not loud, remove the clap please.
00:06:070 (1,2) - I rather not want to separate the two part of the vocal. Repeat slider with higher SV is good to map it. (Around 2,5.)
00:06:952 (3,4) - As for these try to add a repeat to (3) and use a single circle at 00:07:614
00:08:055 (2,3,4,5) - To be honest this part is kinda off. Use 1/8 and place (2) to 00:08:110, (3) to 00:08:276, (4) - 00:08:552 and (5) should start at 00:08:717. Try it, I think it sounds much better. :3
00:13:124 (6) - Leaving 00:13:570 empty is a bad idea. I know you mapped different rhythm with this sliderend, but that beat is much stronger than this. I suggest you to add a circle there at least, but maybe make (6) longer is a better idea.

Maybe this map is more like a Rain, but as a pattern example works just fine. I almost ended up finish it anyways. lol Catchy song thats for sure. I personally found 1/2 much better during mapping, just a few place which is actually 1/4 or 1/8 but feel free to keep some of them. But watch the rhythm closely since sometimes you can ignore one or more beat or just use the droplet in the long slider to cover it.

Good luck once more. Feel free to ask me if you need some help just don't give up. Nothing can work at first so just keep trying. Experiment with the editor on this diff, maybe it will end up just awesome.

I liked your example, I will add to my map and try to do according to that, and then help me define that difficulty would be correct, and thanks for the modding.

I will 2 test versions, one in platter (with your modding) and rain considering your example.
