I cant find any file that has a start music. If you have any information on how to do it, please share it with me. I But without using a skin.

How to change music when osu starts?

Changing what song is played is a setting inside the game. Its in the "Main Menu" section called "osu! music theme" which decided whether a random beatmap song or the osu! theme is played upon startup.
