Extract that .rar file, then move the folder extracted to the Skins folder.

Never run .osk files directly.
First change its extension to .rar, then extract and move it to where the osu skin folder is.

There is nothing wrong doing so, only issue is when the osk file is improperly made. In which case manual extraction is needed as zelzatter already explainedShiren- wrote:
