All new skins shared must be put in Work In Progress Skins regardless the skins already finished or not.
I recommend you to provide screenshots for this skin, linking out is one way how to share your skins, but providing screenshots - you can upload them through Imgur, would make people easier to find out more about your skins.
Once that's done, head over to this website: https://compendium.skinship.xyz/submission

There are different images for both resolutions:
Skin.ini :
name and author were not changed
colour of combo dont matches with sliderborder color (personal opinion) and more things.
I'm gonna stop to write here because i got noticed by myself you're skinning this only for SD resolution, please delete all @2x files if you dont made the skin for HD resolution, at the same time i don't recommend made the skin for SD resolution, with tools like image scaler you can resize the images easily.
PS: Sorry for my bad english.
