Briefly

Hi! This is my submission for the skinning contest Chromatic Alteration
This is the contest version of my GMK Samurai skin, which fully complies with the Deuteranopia palette

This skin is based on the GMK Blue Samurai keycap set

Post here or contact me on discord ( EverestTiger#0149 ) if you find any issues

Vote for this skin if you feel like it's worthy of it
(much better skins were submitted already)

Skin - ingame

Song Selection
  1. big fan of the button layout
  2. selection-tab, searchbar, beatmapinfoicon and userprofile text is just unreadbale
  3. i feel like on the mode selection the right side is too much solid color, maybe make it more detailed or a cutout for the beatmap caroussel
  4. i like how selection-mode actually shows the mode icons
Ranking Panel
  1. fade-in effect of the ranking numbers works very nicely with these ranking letters
  2. user profile cutout is a bit off a mess
  3. some of the boxes (mainly rank and pp) can get cut off
  4. ranking panel vote button is missing

Skin - folder

  1. big file size (71mb), if you havent optimised the skin yet consider using programs like pinga or tweak your animations (framerate, time it takes to loop)
Overall a very nice and consistent skin. Everything is sticking to the theme, even things like the accuracy pie chart

Big fan of the GMK Blue Samurai keycap set, and this is a great love letter to it. Wonderful skin. It plays really nicely too in both std and taiko.

Taking some time to review your skins (last minute). Here's what I have to say in general:

Positive Review
- Really like how the selection is arranged as D-Pad.
- Menu-button. 👀
- play-skip animation looks sick.

Improvement
! selection-mode-over clashed with mode-osu-med.
! selection-tab. Yeah.
