I used it like few months ago and it was good, but when I came back to it the hitcircles dissapeared
so I tried to recreate it by screenshoting it from badeu's stream and making it a little bit brighter.
I ended up with this:
But when I apply it to Cinia skin the hitcircle is too large:
I dont know how to resize it correctly, so could someone please tell me how to do that? Or send me a link of working cinia skin
