00:57:311 (1) - end at 00:57:847, and move (2,3,4) a grid backward, spinner start at 00:58:597

some spacing wrong and different Beat snap spacing problems, anyway, it's not a big problem
few erratically Beat snap spacing is OK, to many so that...
here I list them, you have the choic to fix them or just ignore them

and there're some spacing wrong, all the wrong spacing at note 1 is acceptable, at other notes are confused:

00:31:38 (1) - You'll need some sort of indication from the design tab that you're going to speed up like this.
01:03:41 (1) - Too short (the one after it is pretty close, too). I suggest just two circles, each with its own combo, and a jump between them.
01:32:88 (3) - New combo.
I'm uncertain about having notes fade out... a spinner might work, but not a whole bunch of notes for something that's fading away.

[Insane]
01:02:24 (1) - Same as the previous difficulty.
01:36:31 (1) - Same issue as previous difficulty. This is the spot at which I would either switch to a spinner or just stop mapping.

Overall, the map is sort of all over the place, but that's likely due to how hard both difficulties are. Add an easier difficulty, tone down Hard a bit, and look at the issues I've presented, and I think you'll be well on your way to a good map.

This map has WAY too much kiai time for the one-section-per-playtime-minute guideline. You can go over that, but not by this much.

01:24:31 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - This section contains a lot of oddly timed notes. Think of sliders as only actual "hits" on their start points.

This is a pretty awesome map overall, though. Can't wait to see it fixed up.
