Hollow knight. I had so much fun exploring the areas, unlocking power-ups, fighting bosses, and more. There's also lore in the game, so you can piece together the story of what happened during the game's past. It's a pretty hard game to play and you'll get stuck on most bosses, but it's a great feeling to finally beat a boss you've been stuck on for hours.

NieR: Automata (bc of soundtrack, story, narrative, design, setting and soundtrack)
I wouldnt really recommend it to most though and I'm not sure if I would have wanted to play it myself.

TES V: Skyrim in terms of fun (especially with mods), Sims 3 was really fun too
AI Dungeon in terms of creativity
FF7 Remake for cinematics
Factorio/osu for addictiveness
Dungeon Keeper 1/2 and Populous: The Beginning for the cool game concept
Kingdom Come: Deliverance for realism if thats a thing
Tzar: The Burden of the Crown bc I played it for 2000+ hours and am Pepega

That one is hard to say, but I'd personally give it to ARK. I've been playing it again since getting it for Linux (using Proton, since the native sucks booty).
