Guys, I'm finding a better Cpu for streaming and playing osu for just a little cost, I want to start content creation but my laptop I'm currently using can't handle heavy workloads and encoding, I have Celeron CPU and I've searched most Celeron CPU don't have encoders so at least can you recommend me a CPU with iGPU in it with better encoder and could you recommend me a GPU with stream encoder, I don't care if the ram is 1666mhz as long as it can handle streaming I'm ok with it.

osu! version: Stable 20220101.1 (latest)

honestly it's not recommend to build a Pc right now, the prices of PC components is way too high currently, like the GTX 1660 Super which previously It costed about ~₱11k but now it cost about ~₱25k.

other components are also quite high in price currently. it's probably going to be about a year or 2 before prices come back down.

Idk about online but in india you can build a very good pc in that price
My friend have one in same price

I5 10th gen (pretty good for gaming, tho it will be hard to achieve 60+ fps in latest game like cyberpunk)

Gtx 1050ti (my friend bought it in just 146$. Fucking half the online price. Pretty good graphic card, still can handle many games)

Msi 450 psu

Didnt remember the motherboard

120gb ssd

8gb of ram

Zebronics cabinet when you see it in real life then it don't look that cool because how wide it is but take my words your pc will not make any sound

If the gtx 1050ti is causing the budget to go higher than you have. Then compromise the price in other things (i dont recommend to change processor, gpu, psu and ram because those are the minimum requirement, lowering them more can cause in less performance).

You can buy 2nd hand cabinet
Dont buy ssd for now

Another thing i want to mention is that don't build it by yourself, yes it cost less money but then you will not have a backup. Like when you buy a prebuild pc, you can get your money back if any component failed

Check my build here: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/1425855?n=8, on the tenth post. You'll want an AMD-supported mobo and a Ryzen of any type. I use a Ryzen 5 3600, and it works for me just fine while playing std.

I have 0.6ms with RX 550 4gb and Xeon E3-1230 (sadly not the v2), DDR3 8GB 1600, 2 HDD's and some random 400W PSU.

Cpu: Intel i3 12100f - ₱8,000

Motherboard: any cheap b660m board - ₱7,200

Cooler: random cheap tower cooler - ₱400

Gpu: GTX 1050 - ₱10,000

Case: cheap case - ₱1,000

PSU: buy a 450w power supply that is preferably 80+ bronze or higher (note: don't buy a cheap power supply) - ₱2,100

Ram: 2x 4gb 2400mhz ram - ₱2,000

total: ₱30,800

someone can probably improve this list, the motherboard and gpu might be too much.

I think i5 10th gen is more worth to buy and i3 12gen is expensive + only have 4core

12th gen is not a budget component for now
The 12th gen supporter motherboard will be also expensive

12th gen is good because It has more upgradability for the future, while 10th gen you have to buy another motherboard if you want to switch to a new gen, and upgrading from 10th gen to 11th gen isn't really worth it so my thinking is to buy a 12th gen budget cpu then later just upgrade the cpu to either a better 12th gen or maybe even 13th gen when It comes out since I'm pretty sure 13th gen will also be LGA 1700.

That's also why I chose a b660 since h610 is not good if you want to upgrade your system in the future.

Also I5 10400f and I3 12100f is basically the same price but the 12100f has better performance, so overall the 12100f is better.
