How can I fix all these problems?

Hi, I'm new to skinning and I'm making the song selection for my first skin, where I faced some problems

It's pretty obivious in the picture



Why is that thing appeared in the middle instead of the top part? Why is my profile part covered? Why do these button still appear instead of the one I made?

How can I fix these? Thanks!

Hi!

First problem:
Did you name the skin element "mode-osu-small@2x"? If so, delete @2x.

Second problem:
For the profile part that is covered, go to your editing software, select that inner box of the profile and remove it - making it transparent.

Third problem:
Try finding a 1x1 pixel or blank canvas from other skins you have and name them accordingly below here:

"selection-mods"
"selection-random"
"selection-options"

hi, after delete the @2x, it became too big like this



what should i do?

The first link above is the tutorial.
In general, it explains to you about most of the song selection skinning and its position.

The second link is the resources that helps you as a guide for skinning the song selection. You can do it by comparing your selected skin with the same element of the resource.

Also, RockRoller is right - the position is actually misalign. You can revert back to @2x. Sorry about that.
