Hi, I saw your M4M queue and decided I'd take you up on it. So here:
Mostly suggestions because it's a quality mapset.

[Insane]
00:04:320 (1,2,1,2) - why isn't this a square like 00:00:903 (1,2,3,4) ?
00:15:001 (1,2) - reduce spacing by half, or so? it plays nicer to me
00:17:137 (4,5) - same as above
00:20:554 (5,6) - increase spacing a bit? the patterns before the slider-circle-slider thing and after this slider are both jumps, so it'd be consistent, and anti-jumps are no fun.
00:32:516 (3) - reverse this slider? :P it makes that combo a little more interesting. you do something similar a couple other spots as well.
00:56:013 (3) - this stack is a bit weird to play, why not make it a small jump by putting it on x:24 y:208 or something?
00:57:081 (8) - same as above, but x:264 y:240
01:00:072 (4) - same as above, but x:352 y:148
01:04:771 (2) - curve this slightly and change the stream after a bit?
01:13:529 (1,2,1,2) - i think you should space these a bit

  1. BPM is not exactly correct I think(?), You need to change from 140.445 -> 140.5 orz I'm baka

    Make sure you resnap all notes and any necessary lines if you do this,( Click time tab above and find "Resnap all notes"

  2. Combo color 2 and 3 look oddly similar, for some people it might be hard to tell them apart, and there are different colors to fit if you want dark colors. Anyways, I think you should replace combo color 3 with this dark blue color, it looks wonders to me. Two ways you can do this really, (Do to all diffs)

    How to apply #1 : Go to .osu and find the [Colors] section and find Combo3 line and replace it all with this :

    Combo3 : 128,0,128

    How to apply #2: Go to Song Setup: "Colours" and click on "Combo 3" and replace the 6 numbers so it looks like this

    Hue:140  Red:0
    Sat:240 Green:64
    Lum:60 Blue:128
  3. Audio lead-in needs to be increased to 2 , I think its a bit too short, I think 3 seconds is enough to suffice though.

    I don't really like your blanket sliders, they're quite messy. But that's ok for a beginner-mapper :)

  1. Why OD3? It's betterif you use OD4, so map gets more balanced and more challenging. Try it and see that this OD fits better.
  2. 00:19:486 - I feel like you've missed a circle here. It will fit much better, try it!
  3. 00:21:409 (1,1) - second spinner is quite confusing for players. But when it appears so FAST after first spinner, it's simply unplayable for normal-players. Try to replace first or second spinner with something else.
  4. 00:26:963 (3) - it starts with one line of vocals and ends with another line. It doesn't sound nice to me. Try to remove it and place a circle on 00:26:963 - then, add a slider on 00:27:390 - so, we will emphasize vocals. :) example
    Note: you can always poke me if you'll need this or that pattern. I'll give you a code!
  5. 00:31:235 (1,2,3) - and here we are again, this pattern breaks your awesome 1/1 and 1/2 rhythm with random gap. WE can fix it, so let's do it! Take a look at my example, and you'll see that repeat of slider hits that red tick. example
    Note: it's ok to use this pattern. It's a bit hard, but right after this pattern you have a very easy pattern (00:35:080 (1,2,3,4))
  6. 00:42:342 - It's better to add this circle here. If you've applied my suggestion above -a dd a circle to emphasize music. If you haven't - keep it withot changes. So, we can make rhythm more consistent!
  7. 00:45:333 (1) - since vocals end on 00:45:760 - you should finish this slider here. As for 00:46:187 - placing a circle here will be a good idea. Try it!
  8. 00:46:187 - you forgot to add custom slider tick sound here, go ahead and do it now for consistency!
  9. 01:05:198 (2,1,2,3,1,2,1) - this is still a [Normal] diff, so be careul and don't overuse 1/2 patterns! I guess removing some circles or replacing them with sliders/longer sliders would be a good idea.

    It's good, but you could make it a bit easier to keep diff spread better balanced.

  1. I'd increase HP Drain by one tick , it makes more sense with your rhythm. Oh, and reduce OD by one tick, you have 1/4 beats and you can make them more enjoyable and players-friendly by reducing OD!

  3. 00:56:333 (5) - if there's no beat, but there's an object it can be considereed as overmap. Overmap doesn't make map more enjoyable, it only confuses players and ruins rhythm of the song. So, try to avoid overmapping, please!
  4. 01:24:636 (1) - what a powerful stream! WEll, try to make spinner shorter, players need some time to prepare for something THAT hard, don't you think so? D:

  6. 00:42:342 - It's better to add this circle here. If you've applied my suggestion above -a dd a circle to emphasize music. If you haven't - keep it withot changes. So, we can make rhythm more consistent!
  7. 00:45:333 (1) - since vocals end on 00:45:760 - you should finish this slider here. As for 00:46:187 - placing a circle here will be a good idea. Try it!
  8. 00:46:187 - you forgot to add custom slider tick sound here, go ahead and do it now for consistency!
  9. 01:05:198 (2,1,2,3,1,2,1) - this is still a [Normal] diff, so be careul and don't overuse 1/2 patterns! I guess removing some circles or replacing them with sliders/longer sliders would be a good idea.

    It's good, but you could make it a bit easier to keep diff spread better balanced.

I got about a 8-10ms early through all my testing so adjusting the offset might be a good idea.

[Suggestion]
I highly suggest you use tick rate 2 for the insane if not the entire mapset.

[Easy]
Nothing to see here looks good plays good and all the setting are that fitting of a easy map set.

[Normal]
There is nothing here that stands out to me as wrong or unrankable so lookin good.

[Hard]
looks solid too.

[Insane]
I had no real problems with this map set either

Fixed the offset -8, also changed the tickrate in Insane =w=
