- This tournament is open to anyone who lives in North America or has a North American flag.
- This 1v1 tournament will begin the July 3rd.
- The tournament will consist of both a Qualifier Stage and an Elimination Stage.
- The Elimination Stage will be a Standard Double Elimination.
- The scoring system is Head to Head + Score V2.
- The elimination stage will have 64 players who are seeded by qualifier scores.
- Mappool, Seeding, Schedule, and other stats will be under the spreadsheet.
- Joining the Discord is required for this tournament.

- There are no warm ups during Qualifiers.
- Qualifier scores will be weighted by the best score and summed up for every map played.
- Qualifier Stage will have 4 | 2 | 2 | 2 mappool format.
- Each map will be played only once in a Qualifier lobby. Players may only join one lobby max during this stage.
- The top 64 scoring players from the Qualifier Stage will move on to the Elimination Stage.
- Warmups and rolls will be done before the banning and picking phase.
- Warm ups must be shorter than 4 minutes. These must be dm'ed to the referee before the scheduled match time. Players can opt out of picking one.
- Higher roll will chose either to Ban First/Pick Second or Ban Second/Pick First.
- There will be 1 ban per player per match, and bans will be held before the first map pick.
- Picks will have a two minute timer, and will alternate between the two players after the first picked map. If a player takes more than 120 seconds to make a valid ban/pick, that player will immediately lose their ban/pick, where the ban will be randomly generated by the referee with !roll X (where X is the pool size minus tiebreaker) and the pick will be given to the other player. If the other player does not make a pick once another 120 seconds is up, the ref will randomly select a map using !roll. This does not change the determined ban/pick order.
- Picks must be from mappool, and cannot be a banned map.
- Round of 64 and 32 will have a 4 | 3 | 3 | 3 mappool format.
- Round of 16 and onward will have a 5 | 4 | 4 | 4 mappool format.
- All maps will be played with No Fail on.
- All map pools will have 1 Tiebreaker map, which will have Freemod enabled.
- If a player disconnects during the middle of a map, if 15% of the map has not passed then the map will be replayed. If the player leaves or disconnects after the allotted time, then the point goes to the player who is still in the lobby. If the disconnect/leave happens more than once during the match, the point goes to the player who is still in the lobby.
- There is a Bracket Reset for the Grand Finals match if needed.

To help maintain the competitive integrity of this tournament, we will have a blacklist setup that future NAT iterations may use
- If one player does not show up to their match, the other player may decide if they will take the win or reschedule.
- If both players do not show up to their match, they will be blacklisted. In this case, the higher seeded player progresses and the lower seeded player will be sent to losers and will be disqualified.
- Any player who fails to show up to their match without prior communication shall be blacklisted and may lose their signup priority for future NAT's.
