Let's think for a second that all circles have a red color, and that everytime you hover/drag your cursor from a circle to another, every time you "go over the circle" and not "when you click", the circle will turn green.
Just want to know if something like this is possible, any in-detail questions just add Melio#3336. I want to try and experiment with the idea but i have little experience skinning so yeah and thanks.
