I'm not sure how to see what the video offset value is, but in 800x600 resolution, if you align it above the 'o' in "background" ("set background colour"), the video matches the sound.

Also, spacing is set to 1.2, but it looks like you have stuff spaced at ~1.0? Along with a few other small spacing issues like 01:33:47 (2) in Easy (seems too close to the 1).

Otherwise, I like this, have a star

Weird. I noticed that it feels a little late at the beginning and a little early at the end.
I guess you should decrease BPM a bit and increase offset by 4-6 ms, but i dunno how much exactly D:
