Mirá; primero que nada acabo de cerrar la queue.
Respondiendo a tu pregunta, no, lo que tenés que hacer es en todo caso modear la 1.0x y después transformar el mapa con rates, es decir, esperar a que la 1.0x esté lista y luego aplicar rates, se puede hacer con un software que se llama "osu! rate converter" buscalo en google.

Lamentablemente tengo que rechazar el mod :( Ya que no estaría cumpliendo con los requisitos. Gracias igualmente por pasarte.

Rayos, no te preocupes es que la queue estaba abierta justo cuando estaba escribiendo la solicitud o(TヘTo)
