I have this skin I really like but it's slider outline isn't bold enough for me to see most of the time and I haven't the slightest idea on how to change this. I f you have any advice I would really appreciate it

I assume you mean the outline of the slider? The thickness of it can not be changed, however what can be changed is the colour.
SliderBorder: in the skin.ini inside of your skin. Enter any R,G,B value here to change the value

Yeah I mean the color, sorry for not being specific, do you know how I could edit the skin.ini?
Go into your skins folder (Local Disk/Users/Your Name/AppData/Local/osu!/skins)
find the skin folder you want to edit and open it.
look for skin.ini and open it.
find the line for SliderBorder. change the values and save.
