and the double BPM isn't really randomly thrown in. That's why I try to use the kiai as a "warning". [Good For Me] is supposed to be the easier version of the map. I thought I could make a map like how Red Sign was set up unless someone else says otherwise...

And yes, I do wish there was a fade out for the MP3 also, but its the best I can get it for now....

All Difficulties
The song has a really heavy beat, but I still feel you have the Hitsounds up too loud. I would take it down between 2 and 3 notches.
I really feel this song needs an easier difficulty. You could even make it shorter and end it at 1:41:195 since an easy-normal difficulty for this song would probably be fairly boring/repetative if you mapped the full 3+ minutes.

General
The Offset seemed fine for me. I was getting between ~4ms late to 2ms early on playthroughs on Good For Me. Color choice for the notes was good and the shades didn't blend into the background, which made me happy.

2:48:230 (3,4,5,6,7) - Can you respace this somehow? It looks a bit odd.

I like the use of Kiai spray as a warning. I hate ninja tricky parts/changes so that helped.

I don't like how the normal-sliderslide sounds on Easy & Good. A silent one sounds better in my opinion. You don't have to change it, just wanted to say it D:!

I don't want to end up making the spinner too long. People complained about that before so i'm trying to avoid that problem.

And for the sliders, not sure if silencing them would make things easier... (Tried it but it ended out kinda odd for me...)

Offset: 255 ms. (Yes, you're off by +25 ms. The beats are a bit hard to interpret, but here's what I came up with.)
BPM: 145.00 (Apparently, with the offset I gave above, I've managed to get a flat 145 BPM instead.)

I see.... so 145BPM was right then. I was close but also way off. Thanks for taking a look into it vytalibus. I'll make sure to get on it when I get on Osu. (Currently stuck on a different computer... :cry: )

This map is really awkward.. Must you use x2 sliders in every map? They feel okay at some times, but you start using them at unpredictable times. this goes for when you choose to slow down too. ( ̄へ ̄)

Though the first part before the music actually picks up (The beginning), the hitsounds seem a bit loud. It's just a suggestion though.

I suppose a Storyboard warning to where some of the speed-ups or slow-downs will go won't hurt...perhaps you can even do subtle ones, such as a very weak strobe. What do you think?

00:15:77 (7) - Suggestion: Have this (7) placed like 00:19:08 (7) - ? Well, that is a good idea, but I find it a better idea to have a change in patterns to keep the map interesting.

Well, for the BG's of each difficulty, its supposed to relate to the difficulty and to the song itself. When you put it into a deep though "No Good" is kinda like a theme about someone that is mad at someone or with the current status of their life. I try my best to find the best BG possible to fit with the song and make it look neat at the same time. And even if one of the BG's did somehow end up being based on something from a hentai game, at least it has no obsene content.

Though I "could" make [Good For Me] longer, the fact that its supposed to be an "Easy" map makes the choice a bit tacky since long easy maps can easily get tired out on the first few plays. For now, its the best I can do till I get back on osu! again (in the game) to do some editing. But i'll make sure to get to those touch ups and I see about the whole "We need a warning about the speed up" SB thing (Though I wonder about how people played without it in some maps... Oh and btw Kirby, you might need to redownload.... [Easy For Me] is acually now [Good For me] and swiching it over, [Good For Me] is now [Hard For Me]... ^_^;;

But i'm really thankful for you to take the time to check on my map. :)

The SB is fine except the third slow down on [Hard For Me], where by the time you notice the SB you've already gotten a sliderbreak. I like how the kiai time storyboard effect, though. And the opening fade-in seems a bit odd and unnecessary, as most people (myself included) just skip it, causing it to go from about 5% visible to 100% visible at once. :/

It's hard to find a better background... I am trying but having a rough time till I can acually find one. The fade was suppose to give the map a dramtic "feel" to it, but when you suggest about it now, it does seem a bit pointless since the BG is already showing in the song slection... :- l But i'll make sure to check into it again and fix it. I'm still learning how the use the SB as best as I can.

To be honest though, I found this map dragged on a bit. The song isn't interesting enough (to me) to merit 3 minutes of mapping. The third speed up/slow down made me think, "awww maaaan. Again?!" Which is not a good reaction to what's supposed to be the exciting part of the map. Or maybe I just don't "get" The Prodigy. Maybe I'm missing the subtleties of the music

I do try my best to not drag out the map by changing patterns and shapes of the notes and altering the flow of the map so it doesn't end up being "boring". From before, it wasn't as interesting without the double BPM, carfully placed jumps, and the pattern changes. I know its not a crowd pleaser or anything like a "James" or "DJPop" or some other famous mapper's map, but I am trying my best to make it challenging and fun to play at the same time without the "WTH is this?!" insane parts that are a bit overkill. But if its a problem for other people, then i'll check into it.

And I don't get the backgrounds either. No matter how I think about it, autistic Fina, sad winter girl, and sad violin girl just don't resonate with the song. It's an angry song, and they're not angry images. And they don't have enough similarity to make me think of them as a "progression" of images. I don't find it fits the song OR looks neat, really.

Well, I know the song has an "angry" tone but I though there was a depression side to it as well. Maybe I can try finding a better background for [No Good For Me] that can show a better expression.... and at least I got a better and more informative comment about the BG instead of "The BG is ugly" crap...

*Don't stack notes on slider ends in Easy, it's disorienting for new players, especially when there's a bit of a wait between the slider and the stacked beat
*Include hit300 and scorebar-bg in the folder so everything matches even if user has their own skin on
*resize Kiai Dynamic Screen png to 640x480 (that will fill the screen without SB scaling)

That's all I got for now. The map seems fine at first glance.

Great beatmap, full of variety.
Normal For Me dificulty is a bit too easy for a normal song, but that can be fixed with a small change in dificulty settings
Loved the speed up/slow down parts, they realy spice up the maps and make them alot of fun to play. to wrap it up... thw white and gray colors make this map a bit hard to play in tag coop mode, you may or may not change this... eventualy theres going to be tag specific colors anyway

02:00:255(3) add 2 notes each of them half a beat later than the other (I think its fine as it is though.)

02:30:048(4) this would sound better if you moved it by half a beat (Thought this may be true, I don't want to make normal more complex than it already is.)

Great beatmap, full of variety.
Normal For Me dificulty is a bit too easy for a normal song, but that can be fixed with a small change in dificulty settings
Loved the speed up/slow down parts, they realy spice up the maps and make them alot of fun to play. to wrap it up... thw white and gray colors make this map a bit hard to play in tag coop mode, you may or may not change this... eventualy theres going to be tag specific colors anyway

I'm currently working on the SB issue atm. But to let you know, the reason why the "Slow Down's" was different for each section was because of the hitnotes kinda blocking the view of it so I want to make it more viewable to the players so they don't have to guess what it means while playing but i'll have them readjusted a bit. ^_^;


Edit: Okay, I got the slow down thing fixed with the update. It scared the crap out of me seeing the size of it durning game play. :o
