etc, you can hear in the background- Just a suggestion, but if you could colorize the slider border using a custom code to something darker than white (light gray would be okay I think, slightly reddish, so 232 224 224 color would be okay I think). I think this would look a little better.
...i think current one is good enough. However if a second modder mention it i may change that.[Hard]:
- 00:11:466 (3) - Maybe new combo? As far as I know changing slider speeds within a same combo without seeing a tick on it isn't allowed, so this is just for clarity. Nobody will miss it. But new combo is still a good idea, at least it won't heart anyone.
- 00:20:751 (1,2,3,4) - You should probably reverse this combo so (1) is where (4) is currently, (2) is where (3) is currently ,etc. Main reason is questionable readability of the current (2), because it's almost completely hidden behind the hitburst of a previous combo. If there was only a static background this could be seen nicely, however with video it's certainly very hard to notice. Reversing it would give you an extra 1/2 of time for the hitburst to vanish and it would improve the readability. Other patterns look fine because you expect such shapes, here you can't expect a star if you see only one note. If one can't read notes hidden by hitburst, he probably can't play Insane maps. Also i f you try to notice that: this part is totally symmetry, the main rhythm goes from right to left , the "clap*2" goes from left to right. 1. It won't cause readable problems simply because none of the test players missed that (you could say they're pro, but insane map is made for pros.), 2. Consistency should be kept.
- 00:56:287 (11,12) - Is there a reason why you changed the spacing? I think it looks better if you used same spacing like in the streams before that. Might have to curve the slider that comes after a little bit then. 00:55:037 (1,2,5,8,11) - this is a pentagon. 11 and next 1 should be connected with a note at a nice place (where 12 is now), and 1's track just cover those note, check it.
- 00:56:466 (1) - This slider is fine, however there are other stuff in the background which are better (if you ask me) if you map. 00:57:359, 00:57:448, 00:57:537, 00:57:716 are the locations of said notes, and sliding over them (in silence) is something I don't really like. Since the slider itself isn't that wrong, this is only a suggestions and do as you wish. Explained in the previous line a bit. Also, it sounds too busy after such long, a mapper should know how to handle the rhythm, not following vocal or drums all the way. just my 2 cents here.
- 01:42:180 - While the HP drain is actually quite low, why not place a break here? When playing unless I either see letters of a rank in top right, or I see the HP drain standing still, I am still anticipating a note to come, which kinda defeats a purpose of such emptiness (and having a break). You should place a break here. It's called drain section... if i put a break, you will hear a very busy section-pass/fail sound and then you still have to start in 3s (a break should be 5~15s), people could gain HP easily because of the notes before and after that, check them
- 02:07:894 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - If possible, I suggest that you place the combo colors yourself. First the red, then a color which you want, then red again, etc. It doesn't break anything and makes this so much easier to read (i am actually almost colorblind to some colors ;-; ) If it's just you i won't change... because there may be players searching for another combo color (Don't forget i'm the first one to use this technique, but i didn't use it in this map)
- No spinners on the map. I guess that's okay if you really want it that way, but OD7 is low enough to allow quite some SS ranks, and without a spinner there wouldn't be any score variation between those. emm yeah, that's kinda a problem, changed to OD8
[Normal]:
- 00:11:466 (3) - Just like in Rin difficulty, would be nice to place a new combo here. well it's ok.
- 01:42:180 - Add a break here, same reasons like in Rin diff. no.
- Just like in Rin difficulty, you don't have a spinner. Same reasons apply here. But this is a Hard, and it's easy enough for people to HR+HD (maybe DT?) variation would be there, i don't worry about this diff.
[Easy]:
- 01:03:609 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I don't really want to nazi, but this star shape doesn't look properly made (the left side is too close to the middle). It's kinda obvious while playing as well, maybe try to fix it? I don't hate nazi if it's useful. fixed.
- 01:42:180 - Add a break here. no.
The folder looks clean.
- 01:19:859 (1,2) - I suggest that instead of these 2 circles you map a slider (it would fit because you could blanket it right next to the upcoming one as well). I don't think a new player would really notice they are 1/3 (not the tick, but the note style I mean). Up to you though, because this is not really wrong and it's only a suggestion. It's 3/2. i think 1. it's long enough for even newbies. 2. ...well they have to learn sth right? the rhythm is simple (shrugs)
- 01:42:180 - Place a break here. no.
I am not really a fan of completely replacing default hitnormal sound though, but I guess other people are and your hitsounds are placed correctly more or less(that I could hear). Depends on the song.
