The MP3 bitrate is 112. This is too low to think that I had to say that..... It needs to be at least 128 kbit/s and must not be higher than 192.
You have 2 .osb files in your folder. Delete one of them.
Add + 10 to the offset, it's a bit too early right now.

00:39:961 (6) - reduce the spacing so it's constant with the earlier notes?
00:46:961 (2) - since you the repeat silenced, this slider doesn't fit. make it a simple slider without repeat.
01:12:086 - the hitsounds are WAY too quiet here. I can't hear them at all. Increase the volume a bit.

Possible Riddle
How about using smaller circles? The huge circles make everything look ugly.
00:43:948 (4,5,6,1,2,3) - got some serious spacing issues here.
00:51:948 (2,3) - spacing

phew... this map needs a lot of work. Especially in the spacing, some jumps don't make sense at all and some objects are too close to each other. Please make sure that your spacing makes sense throughout the map.

good song choice. I say this because beginner mappers should map short songs.
Offset is so early. You can't even SS [Possible Riddle]. I suggest to put Offset 254. To be more sure about your timing you should ask a Pro Timer.
I skipped the Taiko Difficulty

[Beginner Riddle]

In Easy difficulty the more important thing is Slider design and spacing afterwards. You can take a look on other Easy difficulties from other maps. And I see random sliders and distances in many parts..

00:18:198 (3) - the end of the slider is offscreen...Better do something like this : http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/127067. And of course you need to move your next notes too...
00:26:698 (5) - make it symetrically. I think this would look better http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/127069
00:28:948 (2) - start on red tick, end on blue tick? That's fucking illegal LOL move it to next white tick (1/2 later) and short it at bit to end on white tick like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/127071

Me being random and modding after a long time without doing it.
Everything I'm pointing (aside General stuff about timing and tags) are just suggestions.

[General]

[Beginner Riddle] and [T12's Puzzle Riddle] have 198 offset, while the other two diffs have 208.
Change the offset in all diffs to 220, it feels better.
Make all diffs start at the same point, have the break at the same point and also end in the same point, for consistency.
Add Backfire and T12 to the tags of all diffs.

[Begginer Riddle]

Entirely 1/1 diffs are not fun to play or even mod.
As suggested on IRC, change some of those 1/1 sliders to 1/4 sliders with repeat or 1/2 sliders. And add some 1/2 beats. The map is too plain imo.

[Possible Riddle]

Same slider Velocity and Distance Spacing as previous diff (Not a bad thing), I suggest you to change either Slider Velocity to 1,5 or Distance Spacing to 1,0x. This will lead to a remap though.

[T12's Puzzle Riddle]

01:49:220 (1,2) - Move these 1/2 earlier? (To 01:48:970)
If you do that, add a beat here 01:49:595 - And also start the spinner 1/2 earlier.
Imo if the sliders like this 00:25:220 (3) - were 1/4 with repeat they would follow the song better.

Looks good so far, no major things.
01:00:014 (1,2,3,4,5) - maybe try to re-arrange this combo

Beginner:
Some minor points.
00:37:764 (2) - i guess that slider would be confusing for beginners, since it's kind of weird in the middle part, try to change that in kind of... a visible loop or something... well, something that is easyier to read
01:02:264 (6) - that one looks better, but you could think of an alternative version for it though, well, you better wait for another guy speaking of this before you change it^^
01:53:764 (3) - well, kind of (nearly) same thing

Guess that kind of sliders is a little hard to read, but it's up to you to either change it or not, so I'll leave you with that.

Kind of like T12's diff, good job overall, stared~

I'm not an timing expert, but I'm a decent one. But you might ask an expert if you're unsure :3

Edit: my diff uses 1/8 which get messes up if you change offset and so.
also, make sure you move all timing points -3ms if you're using 261

This seems a bit too jump heavy, but I can't really see any major problems that I REALLY need to note. I'm not an expert on Insane/Lunatic-level maps, though I will admit; It's damn fun.

I can't really mod Saten's because as I said before, I can't mod Insane/Lunatic-level maps if they're really jump-heavy. But I will try.

Possible Riddle has inconsistent Tags.
No need to add umineko and chiru to the Tags as they are in the Source.

The sliders with sharp corners like 00:42:259 (5) looks out of place.
Everything else is fine.

Looks kind of cluttered with the hit-objects being spaced so closed.
00:36:259 (3) - There should be a new combo here to fit with the music.
00:46:509 (4) - Repeat this two more times and make the spinner start and end at 00:47:384 and 00:48:259 respectively. This makes a good Pre-Spinner Note.
01:39:009 (6) - There should be a note at 01:39:009 and the repeat slider should start at 01:39:259. (Make sure it ends at the same time)
01:41:009 (3) - There should be a note at 01:41:009 and the repeat slider should start at 01:41:259. (Make sure it ends at the same time)

01:26:759 (3) - IMO space this by the slider's start, not the slider's end.
01:44:509 (2,3,4) - Spacing here is inconsistent with the chorus. I suggest you change the chorus spacing though to this.

This map uses too many jumps IMO, but w/e
00:30:009 (9,1) - A new combo won't be enough to compensate with the sudden shift in spacing IMO. It's very confusing doing something like that.
01:16:259 (5) - New combo then remove new combo 01:16:509 (1). It matches with the music more.
01:54:259 (1,2,3) - Don't anti-jump this. It doesn't match with the "jumpiness" of the difficulty.

Edit: Added some things I saw.
