Check whether I have to sleep more or not.
check forums, eat, play videogames/go to uni, depending on the day
Look at the phone to decide whether to get up or not.
If I get up I greet my cat who usually either sleeps on the end of my bed or approaches me when she hears me getting up.

1. stop my alarm and go back to sleep

I check the clock to see if I woke up too early and I need to go to sleep again. if I woke up at a decent hour, I first check to see if I got any pings on Discord and then go ahead and start my day.
Thinking I'm back into reality again.

OT: go to sleep because I cant keep a sleep schedule the right way around.
I've read that brushing your teeth before breakfast is usually best, because after waking up is when your teeth are most "vulnerable"

but i could just as well shuffle in sheets and open my eyes for a moment before just returning to sleep
or if i do stay awake, i might just cozily lay there and gaze blankly at some feature of my bedroom...
