Wieird kiai time, I like LRJ kiai time better.
I dare to say, half mapped beatmap. Unless you got a good reasons to state why it half map as the mp3 is only about 3 min+
Not even trying jump pattern for hard? Note that "Hard" is not restricted by constant DS rules.
Even if the pattern is fine because there was no DS and fairly visible, but that create another issue: Boring. Unless you got something not too obvious repetitive here (Notes, notes, notes, slider, slider, slider and notes again just about the same pattern) , than this difficulty should be fun.
Add in pattern like circles make "star", "round" so it be less boring and not so obvious repetition

Do you know that you can change SV? Usually Slider Velocity (SV) 1.4 is default for normal, but you can lower it or make it higher. Higher = more speed slider, and more spacious between notes and the reverse

01:12:494 ( 1,2,3) Inconsistent spacing

Use DS more often, then just randomly put notes around the place

Although I post a few here, this difficulty still need some more improvement on consistency of DS.
LRJ difficulty have an exception to be map halve. But considering the other difficulty under the name hard,lunatic,etc. it is better to map untill end of song than just half way.
AND, when you finish map till end of song upload and move to pending or you gonna add some more skin element/SB etc to be in WIP
