Anyways this game is called DDRaceNetwork and it's a game about trying to complete maps created by other people from online!
Once you start, you'll getasked if you wanna play the tutorial or not.
I played the tutorial, because I'm not a great gamer. ;w;
But this tutorial really tried to teach about lots and lots of different and crazy gimmicks of all the stuff you can do with it.
It's really tricky, but really cool, though it just kinda cramps on a lot of stuff at once, which might make it feel a bit bland.
Also yes you can create your own maps, in fact all of the maps are created by different creators so the quality and the difficulty may vary.
There is actually A LOT that this game wants to go for I think, it even has a discord server and gives me a bit of an osu! vibe too lol...
