If you're ok with gacha games I've been playing one called Reverse 1999. Like other gacha games it does come with a significant commitment to get the most out of it, but compared to other gacha games it's pretty chill, dailies only take about 2-5 minutes twice a day, but you will need to put aside time to play through new content whenever the game gets updated.
If you want something with even less commitment but still long term or something that isn't gacha, I remember enjoying bistro heroes and necromerger for a while, but iirc I stopped playing necromerger because the bee thing was annoying as shit to do, and I don't remember why I dropped bistro heroes. Clash of clans is also pretty goated.
If you want a game with 0 commitment that's not long term, recently I fully completed the original cut the rope lol, it was fun, but you gotta turn off your internet connection while you play to avoid getting spammed with ads. Cut the rope 2 is less fun, I don't think I'll complete it.
Other games I could recommend that are like this are maybe data wing, super cat bros and shellrazer off the top of my head
And oh shit super auto pets give that a try
Getting an emulator and is pretty fun too
And finally maybe you could read manga or something
