  1. 4v4 teamsize=6~8 osu!standard / Score V2 / International (all times in UTC)
  2. Double Elimination / Bracket Reset
  3. [BWS]#5000 - #99999 (OWC 2023 players (only for those in qualified teams) are NOT allowed to participate)
  4. the BWS-formula is as follows: rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))
  5. 32 teams chosen through Qualifiers
  6. Registration is international, so you can team up with anyone regardless of country
  7. All maps will be played with NF enabled, in addition to the appropriate scenario
  8. Please ensure that at least one member of your team is in the tournament's Discord server so they can be notified about the tournament as it progresses!
  9. Staff members (except for streamers and commentators and GFX) are NOT allowed to participate.


If anything is not covered by these rules, common sense shall apply.
The referee has the last word if any problems occur during a match.

Qualifier Procedure
  1. The referee will create the lobby ~10 minutes before the starting time, ping the players in the Discord server and send out the invites shortly after. (if you did not receive an invite, please let the referee know through either Discord or osu! pm)
  2. You have 5 minutes to join the lobby. If you fail to join in time, you can reschedule to a different, already existing lobby.
  3. Each map will be played in order as they are shown on the mappool sheet. There will be one playthrough of the pool.
  4. If there is a disconnect, your team will be allowed to replay the map at the end of the lobby.

Bracket Stage Procedure
  1. The referee will create the lobby ~10 minutes before the starting time, ping the players in the Discord server, and send out the invites shortly after. (if you did not receive the invite, please let the referee know through either Discord or osu! pm). If the ref is not present 5mins after the allocated time, please ping @Referee in the Discord.
  2. You have 10 minutes to join the lobby. If you don't manage to join in time, the match will be counted as a win for your opponent.
  3. If neither of the players show up, higher seed will win the match.
About Rematch
  1. Teams may ask for a rematch if a team member encounters technical issues while playing within 30 seconds or 25% of the beatmap drain length (whichever happens first) of the game's start. Referees may, at their discretion, veto this request.
  2. "Lag spikes" are not considered a valid reason to rematch a beatmap.
  3. The roster for each team during a rematch must remain the same as the original run. If that is not possible, e.g. by virtue of a technical issue that prevents a player from entering the lobby, both teams will be allowed to swap rosters.
  4. This rule is not to be abused. Referees may veto a rematch request if they find that this is the case.
  5. If a player disconnects mid-game, their scores will not be counted towards their team's total, unless adequate proof of said score is provided. The following are considered as acceptable proof:
  6. Player point-of-view live stream snippets (commonly referred to as "clips" or "VODs"). The entirety of the play, along with the results screen must be clearly visible along with the affected player's score.
  7. Replay files of the play, taken directly from the "Local scores" tab on the affected player's client (the timestamps must exactly match the time at which the game took place, as seen on the multiplayer lobby link).
  8. Screenshots from other players taken directly in-game that show the affected player's score.
  9. Screenshots from the results screen must clearly show the affected player's score. This is the preferred method.
  10. Screenshots taken in-game at the time of disconnection may be accepted. Note that this method does not provide a one-to-one representation of that player's score. Using this method is not encouraged and it may be denied at the referee's discretion if the information provided is not sufficient to identify the player/score.
  11. All screenshots MUST be taken using the game itself (using Shift + F12), that is, they must be hosted on the https://osu.ppy.sh/ domain. Any other form of screenshot will be denied.
  12. Player scores may be derived from the official stream as a last resort, in cases where the match is streamed.
  13. We will use the highest score of the two tries between the two teams (of course if score gap is irreparable, we won't replay the map).
  1. There is no warm-up section.
  2. Both captains will be asked to roll. Whoever rolls higher will be given a choice of either first ban, second ban, first pick, or second pick. If the winner of the roll chooses the pick order, the loser chooses the ban order, and vice versa.
  3. Referees may allow, at their discretion, lower or higher tolerances for timers.
SPECIAL RULES
  1. When playing a ForceMod beatmap, there must be one player with Hidden/Easy/Hidden + Easy and one player with Hard Rock or Hidden + Hard Rock. (EZ x1.75, FL is not allowed)
  2. During the Tiebreaker, FreeMod is allowed but FL is still not allowed, meaning you can pick one mod(which is not FL) if you feel like it, but it is not a must. (EZ still x1.75 for TB)
  3. You can use HD/HR/EZ if you so choose.
  4. No double ban.
  5. One and only one of YOUR OWN first 3 picks (first 2 picks for BO9) HAS TO BE chosen with the accuracy win condition (Score V2 but higher accuracy wins) , and you CAN OPTIONALLY choose 1 map ANYTIME to be played with score v1 (This one can be your opponents 4th pick for example).
  6. Accuracy mode takes priority over the Score V1, special win-con cannot be used to TB
  7. Each team will receive one "tactical timeout" of 2 minutes, to be used as extra time to pick or ban a beatmap. The tactical timeout is optional and you can divide it into two 1 minutes
  8. The tactical timeout may be called on a tiebreaker, provided that both teams' captains agree to it.
