I did it in mania cause I'm not smart. I kept tensing a lot and that resulted in overusing my arm

Does it still tenses?
If I tense right now, my arm would hurt.
For overused arms it can take a few weeks to 6 months for it to recover (That is just what I saw online, most likely not true considering I only viewed 1 source and didn't get an x-ray scan.)
It has been a full week by now and I guess there has been improvement, but not much. I have been avoiding applying too much pressure on my arm and have not been really using it. No workouts either, just doing stretches.

This only happened because I was kept playing maps that would make my arms tense, I don't believe playtime should be a problem since it really wasn't much
So basically, don't go too out your comfort zone or at least do not do it for like an hour straight. As soon as I did that last week, I fucked up

Tbf I only play Ro-Ghoul from time to time. Roblox is a game I play when I don't feel like playing anything else.

Alright alright, I will add you in a few hours then!! It's 1am here so I can't really use my PC to play Roblox (and I don't have the game on mobile)

been trying to hit up arcades more often just to get out and do something else besides working on osu things, which was previously all I really did in free time. mainly trying to learn piu i play around s10 & d9

but I suppose more rhythm games is not really branching out either...
