I don't think there are any games like osu! that use pentab.
You can technically play any game that uses a mouse with it, but it's not gonna be practical

some games can glitch with a pen, CS:GO for example, the camera just goes bananas
Technically yes but you'd need a different kind of tablet.
If you count emulators, a tablet would be a good stylus for DS games.

Ive seen a small group of players use tablet (in mouse mode) on valo though and apparently its not even that bad when you get used to it (like kariyu as an obvious example.)

enter the gungeon is pretty playable with a tablet. or you can use open tablet drivers and turn of absolute input so you can play games like minecraft or fortnite ig
