My most nostalgic game would probably be Sonic 2. It can appear to be kinda strange considering the fact that I'm born in 2003 while the game came out in 1992, but my parents had kept their Megadrive, so I had the chance to play the game as a child.
The game really feels special to me and the music always cheers me up and brings back good memories from when I played the game with my sister. I still bring out my Megadrive each year to try beating the game (because I never managed to get to the final boss :c) and I always manipulate the console with ultimate care because it really is an important object to me

Also, I guess any DS or Wii game I played as a child is still very nostalgic for me even today, like Mario & Luigi : Partners in Time or New Super Mario Bros Wii for example.

kirby's return to dreamland, i played it when i returned to my home from school (4-5 y/o or so)
