01:37:689 (1) - 01:43:207 (1) - just the same. I don't think custom hitsound whistle on these 2 notes is a good idea.The default soft whistle is better.
02:23:206 (1) - whistle on this spinner.
02:38:379 (1) - also whistle on this spinner?
03:29:413 (1) - finish is better than whistle I think. just suggestion
03:56:655 (1) - add whistle

but I am really disagree with the hitsounds volumn of this map.

well..so here are examples: 00:17:000 (1) - about these notes I really think they were too loud and if I do it, I may turn down the volumn or just use default soft hitsounds.

The spacing in here is very inconsistent. In a bad way, it's way too confusing, especially for an un-experinced player. Make sure it's somewhat about the same throughout the map. I think you HAVE to fix this, this Normal's unrankable in my eyes.

And the stuff about the hitsounds again. I know it's a Normal so you don't have as many objects, but try to keep it the same.

01:21:138 (1) - move 1/2 beat back

Try to fade in your sb picture instead of suddenly making them appear

I do use a spoilbox when it's a mod you should see in group like proposing a pattern or changing a pattern
i did like the map,
for the [Normal], that pattern was confusive at that point, means when played it seemed strange, rereplayed and it seemed strange.. The rhythmn you created with the earlier note did broke there, and i did use a doublet-quadruplet plus moved the slider and it felt good ( see the spoiler ).
Something similiar happened in the other 2, but, as i'm not sure in modding harder Hard or Harder diff's, i said to try to AutoMod, as i found something strange in some parts, but could sense them much.

There's a couple extra things i would like you to consider before bubbling this.

[General]
Colors 2 and 3 are still very similar in gameplay because of the skin, i really recommend you change the dark blue to something else and probably lighter so it doesnt blend with the girl's blue hair in the storyboard.

[Insane]
After further consideration due to the length of the map that HP drain might be a bit too much, specially since you can barely regain HP at all unless it's during kiai, and there's a section where you even LOSE HP with that hp drain, so might consider lowering it by 1 or 2 ticks.

Edit: This is a pretty fun and enjoyable for a first map i'm amazed, and i'd like to see other players enjoy this mapset as well, and such, i can tell you that your map is now Bubbled~

I left the OD at 7 however because I think it's too hard to get 300s with OD 8. I have colorhaxed the areas where approachcircles blend in with the BG.

Ninja spinners are used frequently inside the TnT game, (Mint Tears and Jyoubutsu 2000, have several that are even shorter than this) and this spinner isn't very "ninja". With that being said i'm not removing this.

Just because some people can't hit it, doesn't make it unauthentic / unrankable.

Taiko spinners are different than osu!standard ones because they're completely visible on the scrolling bar, so I suppose these ones are fine. I really don't recommend making them that short, but they're not against any rules. :/

So you're telling me that a really short spinner is okay to use based on something done from another game to a non-authentic map?
