OK. Then, how can made a own Osu! similar Osu Stable? Is very hard to me made a own Osu! Stable without Osu! Stable Source Code
You simply can't, if you're going to really be needing the source code, It is not public and you cannot get it.
At best, you could just try mimicking the mechanics of how stuff worked, or just try osu!lazer, which is publicly available and is open-source.
