The drums are inconsistent throughout the song. I tried to make offset changes for whenever the drum timing changes significantly for more than just a couple notes.

Create timing points with the following offsets, all 200 BPM:

Keep everything you've got in the beginning, but make the following changes:

1st section: Change BPM to 157

Two of the difficulties have a note at 00:14:557 (3). I would suggest just using a spinner there like Insane, but if you insist on having a note there, try putting it on the previous yellow 1/8 tick (timing would be 00:14:487).

Kudosu to Colin for some IRC inspiration on fixing some unsnapped slider-ends due to new timing.
