I am trying to make a skin for myself, and I understand that the images must be at 128x128 or 256x256 resolution, but what about the size of the circles themselves? Is there a specific diameter the hitcircle or hitcircle overlay should be at?

for 128px they need to be 118px, aka 5px space on each side
