[duplicate] make HR add only 1AR and not 2.8AR

when adding DTHR, only +1AR and not +2.8AR because a lot of osu! players are broke and can't effort a 144HZ\240HZ monitor to read 11AR easily. 11AR is impossible to 60HZ players.

thank you for the great rhythm game and i hope you help the players to do sick scores with HDDTHR <3

The solution to your problem is for you and anyone else to get better at the game, not to make the game easier. Ar11 is perfectly possible on 60hz, you just have to keep practicing.

I've been able to read AR11 with 60hz, you don't need a 144hz/240hz monitor. And here's a little secret about some monitors, you can actually overclock them, my monitor went from 60hz to 73hz just by overclocking it.

Most of my AR11 plays/FCs are mid/high 4*, but the point still stands.
