Except the first part, too fast. I often hum the calm part, feels nice. Idk why I do it sometimes though, but what can you do.

well I did use to hum "little drummer girl" when it was the main menu theme so does that count?
I never hum it, however, I for some reason say "circles" aloud whenever the song says it.

and then that's it because by then i'm already at song select or i skipped song
I basically pause the song immediately when I enter osu!.

Overwise no i dont. I scream it at the top of my lungs for the entire neighborhood to hear, no, the entire country, so that everyone knows im a certified osu gamer.
As funny as it sounds I whisper "ba dum ba dum" or "ti ka ti ka" to mimick the theme when I am alone
