While I agree that it's bad form to call the guidelines only guidelines, cracked and another are clearly very difficult. I hope a map won't need to be removed, though you can always make insane a little easier to fit into a hard.

on [cracked] the epilepsy warning blocks 2 notes. There's 3 ways to fix this: Disable the epilepsy warning (put it in first post?), storyboard the epilepsy warning, or move the notes.

The British Health and Safety Executive recommend that a net flash rate for a bank of strobe lights does not exceed 5 flashes per second, at which only 5% of photosensitive epileptics are at risk. It also recommends that no strobing effect continue for more than 30 seconds, due to the potential for discomfort and disorientation.
Anyone in the 5% shouldn't be playing osu, and should be extremely careful in what they play if they do. This is under 5 Hz and well under 30 second duration.

I can't find the rules on the epilepsy warning, but I don't think it's a problem if you do any of the 3 fixes.

So now that I'm better at storyboarding:

you did everything in osu. I certainly can't do that. I need to know what's going on and the SBE doesn't make sense to me at all, but it leaves you with these ugly decimals. I mean really, who scales from 1.27648 to 0.6313599? Not that you have to change this, I'm just pointing it out. In the future, you can use loops too to make the repeating fading effects a WHOLE lot easier to make.

16180 - you're over 5.0 here, so end the extreme zoom earlier or fix oversharpened.png so it's not rescaling when you can't even see it.

blackandwhite.png is slightly smaller than the screen size, so the color bleeds through on the edges. I would suggest you go through the osb and edit each scale which is close to 0.8 and make it 0.8 (800x600 * 0.8 = 640x480) so that you never have that problem.

EDIT: I just found out the SB counter is wrong. Apparently it counts stuff which is off screen, even though the actual load does not. So a zooming image which shoots it up to 10.0+ is still fine, so long as it doesn't lag. I still stand by the fact that it's possible to make the SB load lower than 5.0 though. However apparently over 5.0 is rankable (so long as it doesn't lag). You don't have to change it if you don't feel like it.

That would be a solution (Sometimes timing points just get a bit buggy when you got inherited ones on or before the initial offset). In that case you should move it back by 4 white ticks and apply that to other diffs for consistency.

    I don't have a normal-hitnormal. However, Converted Normal-Hitclap to Mono.
