Alright, now that this has been taken care of, here's my opinion on the timing :

First part (135 BPM), offset = 1843 I don't really know, it doesn't seem to be accurate to me. Updated it anyway.
Second part (153 BPM), offset = 12 509 ^

I can't really check any further changes on the offset since the timing crash bugs your whole beatmap on my computer... especially the slider's velocity :S. What? Slider velocity? I can't really figure out why. Call me back when it has been solved .

1. It is quite possible! That's why I would suggest getting a second opinion. It's always good to have 2-3 people figuring out the offset.

1. Sometimes the hitsounds are off, but the beat is right. I've seen that on numerous beatmaps, and I can't figure out why it happens. The gameplay accuracy differs than the ear (timing tick and beat sounds) accuracy. It is quite uncommon but it happens, so I tested both and I USUALLY priorize gameplay accuracy over ear accuracy (for obvious reasons).

1. This is what I think sounds correct with my current global offset. I think it's perfectly tuned (my global offset), but then again, I could be wrong.

Alright, now that this has been taken care of, here's my opinion on the timing :

First part (135 BPM), offset = 1843
Second part (153 BPM), offset = 12 509 I changed my offsets to yours

Luego unos rithmos como que cambias de dificultad, en ves de quedar constante, aunque el rithmo de la bateria or whatever sigue constante, y tambien la trompeta. No esta tan mal, y talvez es tu estilo, preo namas digo, no es tan mal que tienes que cambiarlo :3

1. Timing: I felt it was quite wonky and I couldn't really figure it out and be that precise so thankfully Lybydose was able to help us here.

1. 00:47:390 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Ehm. I don't think this is a good idea. The horn surely doesn't follow this rhythm and I can't find anything else in the music that does either. You need to change this.
2. 01:23:861 (3,1) - You should probably lower this spacing. As it is now it's a bit sudden, don't you think?
3. 01:58:436 (1,2,3,4) - This is quite awkward. I suggest that instead of the other triplet, you make another kick slider and unstack it. You have a time signature change here and it potentially screws the rhythm over, considering it starts on a blue tick of a previous time signature. Also, I feel that 01:59:449 (4) should be a new combo instead of 01:59:648 (1) cause that follows the music better (if you really want to leave this is a triplet that is, I still think you should change it to a kick slider).
4. 02:46:902 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Same thing here, it's extremely difficult and distracting because you can't hear anything besides the horn, which requires 1/3 ticks.

1. 00:05:273 (8) - This note sounds incredibly off. You have a piano at 00:05:162, why not move it there?

1. 00:04:940 (5) - I feel you're better off without this note. Consider removing it. There is nothing in the music there, the piano is on a blue tick too.
2. 01:44:253 (6) - You should place a new combo here, the combo is much much longer than any other in this section.
