You should look into *fading* the SB from the darker version of the BG to the lighter version. @ 00:28:366 (13) to 00:29:028 (1) and & 00:29:690 (5).
The reason why I'm noting this is due to the fact that the SB may be a bit.. startling to some users. There's other sections of the map where you start and stop kiai that relate to this.
