Modified rules slightly, to prevent disconnection on purpose.

You can disable the spectator list from the options and you can make the rivals scores invisible with tab I'd think, at first I misunderstood the purpose to just cover the spectate list and thus I'm retarded, the tab thing works in normal multi but I don't know about team vs so excuse me if I'm wrong ._.

Again, I modified rules slightly.
Resetting the match as 2 vs 2 might be also one of 'relevant measures' sometimes, but I'm not going to allow this from this week. Anyway I'll give some instructions about this 'relevant measures'.Rules wrote:
