I want to reset my d and c ranked stats mainly because most of them I have played converted maps and they suck

That is not possible. The best you can do is try beating them with a better score
not possible, you can either hide them by setting more s/a ranks or fix the existing scores with better grades
you could always fake your own death, move to a different country, buy a new identity on the black market, undergo copious amounts of plastic surgery, and just totally become a new person. Then you can just make a new account and nobody will be able to prove otherwise.
Cheating is a way to get your scores reset.
