i see u didnt added notes by kohakusama suggestion, but he was right, u need add em, also at 00:29:873 - 00:30:109 - too, and start spinner a bit early.. final result should be like this:

What a dark background. Making it a bit brighter wouldn't hurt imo.

01:29:400 (1) - The spinning suddenly appears at the end of this spinner and it really sounds terrible. Move the timing section to 01:31:290 - to fix it (and keep the hitsound for the spinner's end).

00:19:479 (1) - The first beat lacks the custom finish.
00:21:369 (4) - The last beat lacks the custom finish.
00:29:873 (2) - Add a custom finish to the first beat ? I don't see why it isn't there.
00:32:235 (1) - Is that new combo really needed ?
00:47:353 (5) - Clap ? Why did you stop the clap pattern ?
01:33:180 (1) - Seriously, why do people keep using 0.5x slowdowns ? I can understand why you used a slowdown here but why so drastic ? 0,75x or something would have been a lot better imo... On top of that I think such drastic speed changes can be confusing in a Normal.
01:59:637 (1,2) - I think this placement might be a bit confusing (because when I saw that I expected (1) to have 2 repeats). Tilting (1) in another direction would fix it.
02:10:975 (1) - This repeat is partially hidden by a hitburst. It's still somewhat possible to see, but it'd be a lot better to change the direction of the slider.

Hard
Same comment about the slowdown.

Before you disregard any fix because the map is bubbled, remember you can ask the bubbler for a bubble repair. In the case he's away or refuses, I could rebubble the map.

Bubble repair, since the original bubbler refused to do so, and I'm fine bubbling the map.

for future reference, when a bubble is popped by a MAT/BAT (or a change is done from a mod from MAT/BAT), the original bubbler shouldn't be the one to rebubble. I'm pretty sure that's how it works :(

Impressive work. The map was intuitive with its spacing and the hitsounds fit pretty well. The storyboard isn't all that noticable, but a nice touch. Nothing to complain about here!

I checked the timing again
I think +6ms to offset is better
you need to move all of your timing lines and resnap all notes in all diffs
Also, you have to do the same thing to your Storyboard, and full submit
