HAPPPPY SONG's custom skin

So I thought that the custom skin in this : https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/744593#osu/1569904 version of Happppy song looked nice, and wanted to take a few elements from it. However, when I went to the song folder to find them, I couldn't find any of the visual elements, only the custom hitsounds.
Anyone have any idea why?

as far as I can tell all this skin has are custom hitsounds and its own colours for combo and sliders

ah okay. Is there any way I get the specific colors from the skin and put it onto another skin?

Its in the .osu file:
[Colours]
Combo1 : 210,0,5
Combo2 : 215,4,40
Combo3 : 219,50,79
Combo4 : 223,97,118
Combo5 : 228,143,158
Combo6 : 223,97,118
Combo7 : 219,50,79
Combo8 : 215,4,40
SliderBorder : 198,0,74

Just enter these into a skin.ini and you've got the same colours as the beatmap
